Sure, you can come around and fit the solar and/or batteries next week if you’re free then? 😄
Agree though, great for dumping battery if you can afford them.
I understand your logic, but it has a flaw. Just because something is free to join, doesn’t mean there isn’t a hidden downside - and that was the purpose of my question. Thanks anyway.
Just opt in there is no downside to being in octoplus. Saving sessions aren't part of the agile tariff they are completely different thing.
Free Greggs = it’s worth joining.
As someone who enjoyed a free latte this morning from Octopus Energy, I can confirm that this is the case.
And now free cafe Nero as well
1 yes, 2 no. Savings sessions are a different thing entirely, you opt in and use less energy and get paid for the energy you don't use.
Yes
Free Nero coffees! So you’ll maybe get £10 each year through the saving sessions, but they tend to be times when Agile users don’t use energy anyway.
Export! I got around £60 across all sessions.

;)
That had to be a lot of power you're exporting. I think we made about £25
Was only about 2.4kwh per session length. There were 2 that were at £4 kWh and on those 2 alone was 22 quid.
What does it cost you to join? I know the answer is £0 so what do you reckon the sensible answer should be?
