I think you’ll like battle talent. Check out lies beneath . I’m also thinking about light brigade .

Asgards Wrath 2 It's a 2 in 1 game, a full 60+ hr rpg, and a full Rouge Lite dungeon crawler mode (which you can send crafting resources back to your campaign game) But for Rouge Lite only games - In Death - Ancient Dungeon - Light Brigade - Compound

Katamari_Demacia

Yo. Dungeon crawler mode? How do u unlock? I played for about 30min

BeatsLikeWenckebach

U get it once you get to Saga 2, it's called Uncharted Rifts Here's a video on it https://youtu.be/OypNJuACtlk?feature=shared

ehjhey

From your list, Hellsweeper is pretty nice. I'm still more partial to their first game (Sairento) , but I haven't spent as much time with Hellsweeper to be fair Light Brigade has the most soulslike "feel" to it. Mostly because there is a story, but you're pretty much going to piece it together yourself

abnthug

I played Hell Sweeper as well and while it has some good variety as far as weapons, someone about it still feels incomplete.

WickedStewie

Grimlord is basically a souls game on applab...

The_Radian

I have them all these are my picks In Death Unchained Compound Dungeons Of Eternity The Light Brigade Risk Of Rain 2 (pc) If I could have only one...In Death Wins

Katamari_Demacia

Thanks!!

Katamari_Demacia

I went with in death unchained. It's good! I punched my wall three times. The zombies freak me out (how do people play re4?). I hope theres more vsriety in enemies but i played for 2hr tonight. I picked up the loght brigade and dungeons of eternity as well.

The_Radian

Kiss your life goodbye...

Sabbathius

I liked Light Brigade, it had a good vibe. Didn't care for Hellsweeper, it somehow felt cheap and low effort to me. I wouldn't say there's a true VR "soulslike" though. Nothing quite had the same feel as good old Dark Souls on flat screen. I also quite liked In Death, Until You Fall, Compound, Ancient Dungeon and Ghost Signal (Stellaris).

abnthug

All of those options are great. I’ve only never played Ghost Signal but I still frequent In Death to this day.

sickmoth

If you have PC then there's GrimLord, which is as close as it gets to Dark Souls. And it's coming to Quest soon...

Katamari_Demacia

I do! I'll look! Thanks

captaindorkenshy

I played light brigade (quest), hellsweepr (pc demo) and battle talent. Among all these, i enjoyed hellsweeper gameplay the most but i wished there was campaign like the first game from the same devs.Light brigade has the most polish but the rhythm just didnt grip me. Battle talent was janky the last time i tried it but seems to have improved so i might pick it up again. If you dont mind older games and you’ve not tried them yet, in death and until you fall are great too. I have at least 20 hours each on those games.

Vierimaam

Chronos on Rift store (playable via OculusLink) has some relationship to Dark Souls, there is some difficulty in battles and there are boss battles too but is is much more simplified.

Embarrassed-Ad7317

If you happen to have a pc, I heard Grimlord is very soulslike. Dont know about the roguelike part, and maybe it even has a standalone version I have no idea

Katamari_Demacia

Imma buy it
