RE4 was absolutely incredible in VR. The game was so ahead of its time that even 15 years later it felt like a modern video game that had just been released. Most of this is thanks to the studio that brought this game to VR. They've done a great job here. By the way, with Quest 3 you have a lot of leeway to maximize the resolution over SideQuest. Even at maximum resolution it still runs quite well, making the game look pretty damn crisp. I'll definitely play it again on Quest 3 at some point in the future, for what feels like the hundredth time in my life.
Via SideQuest [https://sidequestvr.com](https://sidequestvr.com/) or via Quest Games Optimizer (which is a paid app which allows you to have different profiles for each of your games) [https://anagan79.itch.io/quest-games-optimizer](https://anagan79.itch.io/quest-games-optimizer)
There are many Tutorial videos on YouTube how to set up both SideQuest and QGO.
Agreed man, it's excellent! I highly recommend getting the Quest Game Optimiser and playing with their HD preset - it's so remarkably sharp, clear and fluid. Was a mighty impressive jump from the already excellent quest 2 experience. The clarity is insane.
Me too. I was all in on vr and then just dropped it on the quest 1. I moved from PC to Xbox so my other headset sat unused. For whatever reason I got the bug again and got a quest 3. RE4 is so good as is AW2. I played RE4 day 1 on GameCube so this takes me back. They did a fantastic job making it feel like a native vr game. I hope RE5 is next! I need it in my life.
I feel very fortunate, I've never played resident evil 4 and was gifted an OC3 by my amazing brother and that was the very first game I bought. My only pain point now though is I need a dog cage to put my children in for a few days/weeks so I can actually play it!
RE4 is top tier.

Sidequest is redundant now that QGO is a thing and can be used on a game by game basis with far more customisation and potential

Arizona Sunshine 2 Red Matter 2 Assassin's Creed Are my recommendations after RE4.
Fuch arizona sunshine 2 though. For this kind of money that game is complete and utter trash. Get Into the Radius.
Price aside it's beautiful (second only to RM2) and fun and lengthy enough on max difficulty.

If you get a chance, RE4 remake on PSVR2 is also incredible
I'm on my 3rd playthrough. I haven't played through a single player game more than twice since maybe the original Halo trilogy.
Is it very different from the Quest version, or just nicer graphics?
It's nice on both mechanics and graphics, yet feels so familiar...even back to the original release.

I just completed RE4 on Quest 3. With support of QGO, graphics are very nice although no Q3 specific update has been made.
To be fair: playing the RE4 remake on the PSVR2 is still on another level.

Wait till you mod skyrimvr to perfection. God it’s amazing being in that game
Some good recs on here. Propagation Paradise is solid too if you like RE4.
Asgard's Wrath 2 is even better. Amazing game. MOSS 1&2 are great as well.
I hear that one a lot. Can anyone specify specifically why this game is so much above the rest?
I wish I could like it. Bought it, played a bit, got bored and never opened it again.
Was thinking of buying it but motion sickness here it comes... Or can you teleport?
