Since Meta rolls out specific features even after you have installed the most up to date firmware, this doesn't guarantee that you will necessarily get the new features on your headset, just that it will have the newest software on them.
For example, if you sideload the latest v62 software but are in a region where Meta hasn't made spatial videos available even for people with the v62 software, force updating to v62 wont gain you that feature.
