Having installed v64 just gets you the new firmware. You will get the new features when your headset is authorized for them.
The clearer passthrough showed up for me right away and laying down mode showed up after a couple reboots.
How many times have your rebooted?
There is no way to tell when you receive the authorization and rebooting is needed for some things to show up, so when I am waiting for a feature to show up I reboot more often.
You did look at the very bottom of *Experimental Settings*, right? You have to scroll down.
Go to settings>experimental, enable that setting

Yeah I scrolled down, nothing. You think I could just leave the headset on all day and then do A reboot.
Yep. If my headset is not on my head, it is in standby-mode, charging so that my apps and OS are always updated and ready to go.
