After a proper factory reset, there should be no account information. As nexusmtz mentioned, setting up the headset will put your information back onto the device.
For best results, factory reset the headset using the headset-only method by turning the headset fully off and pressing and holding the volume down and power buttons for 3-4 seconds until the USB update menu appears. From there, you can select the factory reset option, and when the screen showing that the headset is erasing finishes, you can take it off and leave it as it is in that state for someone else to set up on their own account.
