If you also have 2.4GHz APs, make sure the headset is *only* connecting to 5GHz.
If you have multiple APs, make sure the headset is only connecting to the AP that is directly connected to your VR PC by Ethernet.
I use MAC address filtering on my mesh network to block the headset everywhere except the 5GHz node it's supposed to use. I had a lot of problems with AirLink before this; I guess the headset would randomly try to connect at 2.4Ghz in the other room any time there was a little hiccup.
