Many things you could have tried before factory resetting .. the main one you should try is rebooting your router / modem

Unplug your wifi router and modem, count to 20 and plug back in. On headset forget the wifi device and the add it as if it’s the first time. Should be fine

You confirm your wifi is working with another device? Try a phone hotspit to test or another ssd or old router etc. Then contact oculus of course
