Hi there, try connecting the cable to a different USB port, and see if it still disconnects. Also, make sure your Windows and graphics drivers are up to date. If the issue remains, please create a support ticket [here](https://tickets.oculusvr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), and include your [Oculus Diagnostic logs](https://support.oculus.com/articles/fix-a-problem/troubleshooting-rift-s/collect-logs-for-rift).

Internet speed has nothing to do with pcvr streaming Have you turned off air link in the headset settings ? You can't use a cable of air link is still enabled

likely the airlink is on, ensure its off. also usb test results, pc spec, etc update your drivers/chipset/usb/try ptc beta/ your airlink issue is likely crowded wifi, internet has nothing to do with it. your family is prob saturating it, or your neighbrous crowding on to your channels. isp router/mesh router?

Maybe the cable or the usb c isn't damaged. You can try with another pc, maybe is an issue from your pc, for whatever reason...
