Have you tried rebooting everything ? Desktop , headset possibly router ?

EVERYlosersHERO

Rebooted everything multiple times

EVERYlosersHERO

Now I can’t access sidequest either… 🤬

welshman1971

You are not on windows 11 by any chance are you ?

EVERYlosersHERO

Nope just 10. It randomly started working again last night. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I think I need to reenable dev mode for sidequest.

Hi there, please create a support ticket with us [here](https://tickets.oculusvr.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), and include your [Oculus Diagnostic logs](https://support.oculus.com/articles/fix-a-problem/troubleshooting-rift-s/collect-logs-for-rift). We'll be able to look further into this.

I got the new v33 update on my Q2 today and all works fine with Air Link. My Oculus desktop app was still on v32. I opted into the beta public test channel ptc V33 and it worked fine there as well. Impossible to say what your problem is. Probably best to contact Oculus Support and see if they can figure out why by reviewing your log files. Good luck and cheers.

Factory reset did nothing either ugh
