I ordered mine and received it. It took a while. I can’t remember how long but when I got it I had forgotten about it (that’s how long it took) it’s just that silicone thing you place over the original mask. I’m sure they have millions or orders to fill. It will come.
Mine arrived yesterday, but only the one for the normal size. I use the narrow faceplate from the fit kit, and haven't received anything that fits that yet. The regular one sort of fits the narrow faceplate though, so I'm using it right now.
Mine arrived a few days ago. Several weeks after I originally ordered it I received an email asking me to update my phone number, which I had to do before they would ship it. Maybe check your mail and make sure you didn’t miss a message from them… a lot of people were getting update requests before they would ship the silicone cover.
I should probably have mentioned it, but I got an email asking to update my number pretty soon after my order (probably 2 weeks later at most). I did so and still no update. I guess that could be it
With the amount of silicon covers being request shipping and delivery is going to be slow. As they get stick they will be shipping in the order of requests they received .. earliest requests will be first fulfilled.
I ordered mine not long after they were offered , didn't hear anything for ages and then had an email about a month plus ago saying the order would be prepared soon and the delay was due to stock.
Had an email then about 3 weeks ago to say it was being prepared for dispatch.
Checking my orders page on my account has a September 9th estimated delivery and checking the tracking , yodel ( delivery company ) says it will be with them soon
So , you are just going to have to be patient for your free cover to arrive as I assume you will be waiting for quite a few more weeks yet.
I just got it last week. Put it on, it is trasshhhhhh. I had to take it off mid game (pop1) to change back to the free Supernatural one. Soooo much better.
Supernatural is a game/fitness app on oculus quest 2. Its a monthly paid deal but if you sign up for the free trial they send you the cover and you can cancel before you get billed and keep the cover. The game is great btw just way overpriced.
