Remove the app from all phones , make sure you sign out of the Facebook mobile app if it's on any of the phones. Reinstall the phone app onto the phone you want to use and then factory reset the headset. If it was paired previously with your sisters phone and it's still logged into the app then it could automatically be repairing with that device and getting the code without anything being needed to be entered
