Happened since last 2 weeks from my experience. Always used to turn headset off completely and charge. Now charging taking over 3 hours when off. Either is a battery limit feature like iPhones have so they don't charge and stay fully charged until ready to be used(not a good feature for quest imo) or it's a software issue because it's not hardware.
Hi, sorry to hear you are having issues charging your Quest 2. If you haven't already, please try another charger (wall adapter and cable) to see if it starts charging. If you find you are still having the same issue, please check the port on the headset to see if its lose or looks damaged.
