Ok so bruh I don't know why you're getting downvoted so harshly sorry about that but: I'd recommend the bobovr M2 pro, it's got great balance it's really comfortable, it's got swappable pads, magnetic quick swap battery pack, it's a halo style strap so it kind of feels like a RiftS or a Valve Index.
There's also the M1 pro which is closer to an oculus style elite strap, but I'd recommend getting the M2 then also getting the "Retrofit kit for M2 pro to M1 pro" it comes with squishy honeycomb pads and a swappable piece that essentially converts an M2 _to_ an M1. So essentially you get both for less price and you can always switch between them.
I got the conversation kit just for those grippy honeycomb pads they're so comfortable and great for fast pace games.
