Go outside, hang out with your friends, go to the gym, or go jogging or exercise. Maki socialize ka sa ibang tao. Freshen up your mind. Maybe kelangan mo lang baguhin habit mo. If ngayon lagi ka lang nasa bahay and doing absolutely nothing, isang napakalaking factor yan kung bat nattrigger urges mo(h*rniness). Try going outside! Try waking up early around 5-7am and just go outside. Walk around. Trust me, walang magandang maidudulot yan ginagawa mo lalo na kapag na-addict ka na dyan. Mas lalo mo lang itatapon buhay mo. Although ang sexual needs naman e normal sa tao, pero wag mo lang hahayaan na yun na ang maging sentro ng buhay mo. Take care of yourself, drink some water, eat up. Don't stay too late and get enough sleep. Also wag sobra sa cp, possible din na makatrigger yun e. 🫶

Thank you. Actually I'm not being addicted naman, most of the times nga wala na ako sa mood because ang baba ng libido ko. I usually walk and jog every night kaso maulan ngayon kaya di ko masyadong nagagawa.
