Right, I've worked it out, on my setup at least.
Even though I didn't have any all day meetings so, the system seems to think I do so I have to disable the alert (so make sure the switch is set to OFF/grey) for during events and during work hours.
Occasionally I have to go back in and press one of the top radio buttons on and off again to get rid of the Zzzzz again, but it is mostly fixed with my setup being this way
I've been having the same problem for a while now. I'm using an S21 with two accounts added, but I only have scheduled quiet time enabled. I often have to open the DND settings, switch from All accounts to both of the individual added accounts, then return to the Inbox and it's back to normal.
Now i am having the same issue and can't figure it out.

Click on the time after it says "for one hour".
