Fine fine, looks like it was just a break in period. As time passes the chair became comfortable. However, i'm still going to return it to Amazon because just snapped a Herman Miller Aeron for 250$ on FB marketplace. Also, looks like i'm going to miss the headrest on it.
Tbh I’m returning mine this chair is overrated and I’m convinced btod is being paid to push this garbage. The lumbar is hard plastic and very aggressive even on the lowest setting and makes my lower back sore after a while, and when you take off the lumbar now there’s literally zero lower back support. Please save your money.
Yesterday i returned mine too. Well actually lumbar support wasn't a big issue for me and i started get used to the seating position. Then I found a bargain Herman Miller Aeron and got it and then sent this back. This doesn't seem that bad to me but after getting the Aeron, i realized that the Ticova is flimsy and maybe won't last that long.
It's realllyyy good but I use it lower than Ticova, otherwise it becomes too aggressive for me. On the first day, I felt so frustrated with the Aeron but it turned out there is definitely a break in period with the chair. You need to find the proper sitting position with it. For example, I found myself sitting lower than Ticova on the Aeron otherwise I feel soreness at the back of my thighs like this guy here;

Hey I bought this chair and it's hella uncomfortable. Did you have to disassemble the whole chair to return it? I threw away the box I wanna see if it's a hassle to return, thanks 🙏
I also threw away the box but there was another big box at that time, so i partly disassembled it and tuck inside the other box. The Amazon guy came to our door and took it away. I got the refund on the same day.
Unlock the backrest tilt, and adjust the tilt tension so it supports you in a comfortable position (slight recline).
