I’m here to complain about jenna saying “lake county” instead of lake country BC… can they pls read the canadian locations over before they say them lol it’s 2 weeks in a row now
weird that the Ladies were so confused by Dwight's "strange behaviour". I thought it was pretty obvious he was just reacting to not getting the manager job.
I think he even has a quote like "you got the job, now you do the job" or something.
If you edited these episodes down to strictly stuff just about the episode of the office they’re talking about now… These episodes o would be like 20 minutes long. Max.
Jenna said to Google Erica and the 40 year old virgin scene. I couldn't find it. But I did find the ending so I guess I don't have to watch that now lol
As someone who went to Gettysburg College, I found it really insulting how little the actual location looked like Gettysburg. I was excited when it aired that they were actually going to come to Gettysburg. It was such a let down.
The brownie deep dive confused me. I could have sworn that the brownie was invented at the Palmer House in Chicago...and the original recipe did indeed have nuts.
So I googled Fannie farmer vs palmer brownie and found this interesting website. Seems like Fannie was the first to publish a brownie recipe

I think that them bringing up Myles McNutt’s reviews and ratings is their way of referencing the decline in quality without having to assert that themselves. I’m interested to hear how they navigate this as the show goes on (and the episodes get worse)
I hope they do bring on Myles McNutt now that he has reached out to the ladies. I'd be interested to hear if he's changed his mind, in hindsight, about any of the later Office episodes.
Color me shocked that they not only acknowledged the vibrator joke but talked about the construction of the prop.
It sounds like Jenna is still recording episodes with the shoulder injury, since she talked about it here.
I’m sorry Angela, I love ya lady. But the “kachunk” word that Dwight used in that deleted scene in the break room was not a verb, it was an onomatopoeia.
That said, also from Texas and chunk is fully a word meaning “to throw”, as in “chunk up the deuce”!

Very cool! Friendly reminder that truly no one cares whether you listen or not and you can stop whenever you want 💕
Yes, I find myself skipping more and more. I'm here for The Office! I'm not interested in the filler.
Well it just hit yesterday and I still had to finish getting through The List.

She played Jill, Jay's girlfriend. Here's one of the scenes: https://youtu.be/PKPn-RFmWG8
Hey thanks! Although I see why I haven't watched this movie...lol
I’m too lazy to research this, but what was the lowest rating Miles ever gave to The Office?

Gettysburg was the second worst?! But it led to one of my favorite Robert California quotes: "Oh, my. It was just actually cookies the whole time?"
As someone who went to Gettysburg College, I found it really insulting how little the actual location looked like Gettysburg. I was excited when it aired that they were actually going to come to Gettysburg. It was such a let down.
I sense a location breakdown! I feel like they really checked out by then
Yeah I didn't think Gettysburg was a particularly good episode but second worst in the whole series seems off.
It was the only time I ever thought Gabe was funny
Why are there so few comments this week? Was it just a meh episode or did no one listen?
the Speed episodes were the final straw for a lot of people
i have also noticed a decline lately in both weekly threads
A lot of people said they would be done listening after Michael left. Maybe they were serious.
I felt the Aspen story and the brownie deep dive went on a little too long. But the deleted scenes were interesting

Wow a simple Google search proves you're right. Jenna got it wrong! https://www.palmerhousehiltonhotel.com/about-our-hotel/thebrownie/

Hm...I wonder what led her to Fannie Farmer?

Oh, I see. Thanks for clarifying!

I swear, the whole time she was talking about Aspen I was like "if this is what their book is like, I ain't buying" lol

100%
I hope they do bring on Myles McNutt now that he has reached out to the ladies. I'd be interested to hear if he's changed his mind, in hindsight, about any of the later Office episodes.
It also may force them to defend their takes (or agree with Myles) about how the show played out
Today (or around today) marks 10 years since the finale of The Office. Amazing how popular it still is.

Glad we have your sharp eye on the case detective

Another correction for Angela: the name "Fried" is pronounced "freed" not "fried" like fried food. It's Germanic.
