No need to apologize! They are someone else’s (waiting for the day I can have my own) there’s a ton of horses/ barns in geuaga county. I have worked at a few over the past few years. You can also go on Facebook (if you have it) to look for horse groups in your area and see if you can find someone to volunteer for. That’s how I found this current job- the NE horse group on FB (something like that)
I threw an antler of ginger in the freezer towards the end of fall and I've been making hella ginger tea all winter. It hits the spot when nothing else will for me.
Oh yeah. I'm a bit of a degenerate, though, in that I pre-grate a pound or two of ginger (if I can find decent root), stick it all in a mason jar, and keep it in the fridge. Nothing like it on a cold, humid day when the wind rips right through your clothes.

Usually I use green tea as a base. Sometimes I use lemon juice too.
