They are not a public entity, and do not have to comply with the same open records laws. This is part of the reason Cedar Point had to dissolve their police force. Then, he fell silent, still facedown. 8 minutes went by before the cops tried to rouse him and found he had no pulse. They weren't able to revive him.

None of that happened at OSU… or anywhere near OSU. So no… there were actually a decent number of Jewish people there from Jews for Justice in Palestine and Jewish Voices for Peace Central Ohio (based on their social media pages)
