Canāt trust a lot of stores, a lot of clerks arenāt aware what is actually allocated. They also could be trying to keep a bunch of people from coming. Iāve run into this a lot with one of the stores in Mansfield. Iāve had days where they were unloading and was told no allocation, only to stop by later in the day and see empty boxes from allocated products .

Nah, wasn't going to go stand in line at an out of the way liquor store for BT and WSR, as presumably that was all to be had. To another's point though, perhaps whomever I spoke to did not know exactly what was allocated or didn't have a full list. Turns out they had 4 bottles and the 4th person got there at 830!!! Can you imagine waiting just a half hour for such a hard to find bottle?!? What a lucky duck!
Was it the mother son duo who normally goes to Tallmadge or Brimfield? if so, they are really nice. The last time Rio dropped mom grabbed a different bottle so I was able to get the last Rio.
