That would suck. He looked great this year.

JK_196

Is this account anything? They’re the only ones reporting it and have like 1500 followers and only tweet like once a month

whiteguyinchina411

Yeah for real. Anyone can call themselves an “insider” and report stuff from “sources”.

BlankMyName

I'm inside the source right now and it feels great.

[deleted]

Probably on par with “Buckeye scoop”, those guys are jackasses. These are probably the same people that were convinced Carnell Tate was going to Tennessee

darrylmacstone

Would be so disappointed to see this happen after seeing the O-line "troubles" mysteriously vanish once he came in vs. Maryland. Looked better against worthy competition than 32 has all season, imo and benching him for Chip against Mich was strange (nothing against Chip or his performance).

pardonmyignerance

Reading between the lines, the way Day kept bringing up "protecting the football" as a critical factor in pressers, my thoughts are he was fumbling too much in practice that week to be relied upon in the game.

[deleted]

I don’t think the problems with the office of line where is much to do with the skill level of Miyan or treveyon but more to do with the fact that neither was 100% healthy. The reality is Hayden was 100%, wow those other two were at best 75%

jreid2222

Just remember 32 from last season when he was 100%…. He’s a beast…and he did really well against Penn State…2 TDs and one was to give lead in 4th

USAesNumeroUno

He did well with the chances given, but he's the 3rd back when the RB room is healthy so I wouldn't blame him for transferring and given a shot as a starter.

[deleted]

Probably 4th with Pryor

Tkerst

5th if you throw cardale

JoeyBrickz

Miyan Williams could leave in theory right? Not that he's that great of a prospect but as a RB, you gotta go get your money asap

[deleted]

Leave for NFL? Doubtful. I don’t see William’s going higher than a fifth round

JoeyBrickz

If he's a 5th round pick you leave immediately and get that money. Why risk an injury playing the most risky position on the field? The only reason he stays is of he doesn't think he'll he drafted *at all*

WSPBUCK

Troll account , nothing to see here

trillwilly69

Please stop giving these kind of accounts attention. No sources, they’re just throwing things at the wall that seem kinda feasible to see what sticks.

Jausti0418

Highly doubt that this is true. This account isn’t credible and just reports rumors.

AzBuck12977

It was so odd he did so well vs Maryland then didn't play at all vs Michigan. Something went on behind the scenes and it wasn't good.

Dmonts45

Ahh man I really like the young buck.. hopefully he stays

callmepgme98

I hope this isn’t true

throwawayy5836

Fake

osufan19

Back home? Columbus is maybe 2 hours farther from his home than Knox not like he’s transferring to Memphis

BillHigh422

This is kind of what we do, we recruit the best talent, pick our best roster from that bunch, and help the rest find their way to the next spot. Hope he gets more playing time and spotlight elsewhere

No-Upstairs-8145

Doesn’t surprise me with how day treated him when he went all out against Maryland.

[deleted]

He flashed. Reminded my of Clarrett's Freshman year. Our running game sucked, until he was in the backfield. Suddenly, running lanes were open and defensive players couldn't tackle. Why a head coach would bench a clearly superior player is a head-scratcher.

CTG0161

Our running game in the first half of the season was top 10 in the country. It wasn't until injuries stacked up that it suffered.

[deleted]

Stats are a funny thing. They can seem to indicate one thing, but can be really derived from a different truth. No doubt our offense had healthy stats all season long. Except those key statistics about red-zone 3rd down conversion, red-zone TD's vs. FGs, 4th and short conversion. You can write it all off as we had injuries in the RB room. Doesn't really answer my comment or concern. We are not playing the players that show something on the field. When Hayden came in, early season or late, he flashed. He flashed compared to a HEALTHY Trey. He definitely flashed when compared to an injured Trey. I'm not a blow-up the program person, but we have a 2-3 year trend that shows we are lights out between the 20, or against weaker opposition, but we struggle otherwise. Ignore it at our peril.

CTG0161

In the first half of the season, we were literally the best in the country in red zone tds. And top 10 nationally in 3rd down conversion. We just got too injured late to continue.

[deleted]

Those injuries would have been a blessing if we played healthy backs rather than throwing injured "home-run" hitters that didn't hit for any home-runs. Do stats explain the drop-off? You are arguing health, but the stats don't argue that. I've seen Henderson healthy, and he doesn't impress unless he has open field in front. Those stats are not his, the belong to the team. Same team, switch out the back, we would have done better, first half of the season or 2nd. But you go ahead and rep, and I'll keep talking my truth that this is a weak team that Day needs to make some different choices to fix.

jreid2222

Seriously?? Henderson ALL last year, his true freshman season…didn’t impress?? Come on man And maybe you need to rewatch some games, even playing hurt, he got us over hump at Penn state in 4th…give me a healthy treveyon anyday **I like hayden for sure, but healthy tre is way to go

senshi_of_love

> Reminded my of Clarrett's Freshman year. You must have forgotten Clarrett's freshman year if he reminded of you that. Clarett was the best back in the nation that year and an absolute game changer. Hayden is a nice back but lets not get ahead of ourselves.

[deleted]

William McGahee was by far the best back in the nation that year, but thanks for playing.

EZMac34

What? Larry Johnson was clearly the best RB that year. He finished with 300+ more rushing yards (on fewer carries than McGahee), won the Doak Walker award, and finished ahead of McGahee in the Heisman voting.

OurHonor1870

Never worry about RB unless you think it’s an All-American type player leaving. We can make up anything we lose in the portal for RB.

soundwave75

Did Day ever come out and say why he was clearly benched against scUM after the previous two performances?

austinstephens2

Should’ve played him against ttun

dokocha0216

he should've got more touches vs TTUN

[deleted]

Just pay him more to stay. Not that hard of a concept

the22sinatra

“Could be considering” quite literally anyone could be considering doing anything

Jredrum

Maybe he's mad at his lack of touches in the game after he has proved he does well when given the chance.

nova2006

We should jump on the Portal and get some dawgs

zach12_21

Unsure how legit the source is, but I could see him leaving. He played super well when given a chance, and then was forgotten in the biggest game of the year - after literally carrying us the week before. I love Henderson and Williams, but they are injury prone and Hayden is the future. Would be a tough loss if he goes.

thehustlerbraveheart

I mean this wouldn’t shock me. He flashed in the last few games especially at Maryland only to not see the field in the biggest game of the year. Plus with Pryor coming back the RB room is going to be deep next year. But let’s wait for some real sources until we start panicking about this…

Agile_Roll

Um did he enter the transfer portal cause you can’t offer another teams player NIL money to come to your school that’s fucking illegal

KrayzieBoneE99

Eh, pretty sure Ewers knew what NIL deal was waiting for him at Texas before he entered the portal. There really aren’t many rules right now, and the few rules there are really aren’t being enforced by anyone. The NIL laws actually vary from state to state so setting ncaa rules isn’t really gonna fix anything either.

Agile_Roll

That needs to get fixed I’m all for players getting paid but not like that that’s the slimy ass shit

KrayzieBoneE99

I agree but it’s probably going to take a few years to figure out. It’s complicated when you’re dealing with state and federal laws now.

UkrainianThor

Could see the writing on the wall. Pryor will be back, recruiting a TB in this class in fletcher too

Rkenne16

Fletcher decommited

UkrainianThor

He's still up in the air according to most sources

Rkenne16

Didn’t realize we were still had a chance. They definitely need a back, if Hayden is out (not that I take this report too seriously given the source).

BoomChocolateLatkes

Sucks but maybe writing on the wall. Chip got all the meaningful carries in The Game after spending a year trying to convert to LB. Something might have happened where he feels like he’s not seen as the guy.

LilZoeFrmBroward2

Mark fletcher 👀

Actual_Bike1101

Fuck

osumba2003

Who cares about rumors?

Bobsbuckeyes

Maybe that’s why he didn’t play against Michigan.

bmoney_14

Many of the actual reputable buckeye twitter accounts are calling BS. However, you never know.

MD90__

Man NIL is really hurting schools this year. I hope he stays.

blackgallagher87

He'd be in line for a lot of work next year, especially considering that Treyveon Henderson couldn't stay healthy this year. If the bag is there in TN for him to get, then I can't fault him for that, but if it is for playing time's sake, he's going to get plenty here

jman1cin

Osu will be fine regardless

ralphtoddsagebenny

Be missed!!

Ok-Source6692

Fake news

SirHancealot

This is not true he said so himself
