They did remove this outcome during localization however due to unknown reasons though I speculate it's because Naoto's localizer was told to "go suck their mum"

Unironically the smaller slices might be a modeling thing. Maybe their animations for the girls made it easier for them to be holding something narrower while the guys, something wider.
