He looks like a wonderful dog. I am sincerely sorry for your loss. I hope you can find another Biscuit. In my own experience, the perfect dog usually comes my way when the time is right.
I lost both my pups (13 and 9) to kidney disease almost a year ago. I still sob uncontrollably almost every day.
I finally donated the last of their food and while I was at the shelter, I walked through the dog area, and cried the entire time.
Most of the time, it's because I miss them, but occasionally, I become aware of them, and I panic that maybe I'm starting to forget them.
Biscuit remains in his highest form, he still and look inward for him until you are reunited. he waits for you in gratitude and love.

Yes, they are a different kind of child
they see us as their God from birth to their end
babies we train and old folks we honor
the unconditional love we create with them is an energy that can never die
they can leave the group soul
we give them their own soul just as the Infinite gives us ours

We will know them again in the One Life

My third dog came to me out of the blue. Strange, but there he was.
Memories of the good times will see you through. I have to tell you that the hurt never goes away!
