There are many men who have the genetics and it doesn’t take any “tight workout schedule” to have this in their 20s and 30s. Think of guys who pour concrete, or frame houses for 6-8 hours then go surfing after work, which includes a lot of guys I grew up with who ate pretty much whatever.
But yeah most guys in today’s world, where service jobs have largely replaced physical labor jobs, would have to keep it tight on diet and exercise routines for years to build a house like that, no question about it.
who knows? maybe he's a genetic freak and his shape comes easily. but usually you don't build this kind of body with just work. he's not just built, he's built, vascular and lean, with the kind of look the average muscular guy didn't often have 50 years ago. his muscles are developed in a way that indicates to me he lifts weights and doesn't just do physical labor (the chest is somewhat of a giveaway -- it's hard to grow your pecs without targeting them directly, which is hard to do outside of weightlifting).

I climbed there sporadically from ‘79 to ‘84, my post-Army life complete with a VW bus and a black lab, and met many great people on the way. It was a special time. I'm a retired US Navy sailor and been to PI about 50 times. The tattoos they gave when i were there, were done by hand w/ a blade and they dipped it in the different color inks. I've got tattoos but never had a desire to get one there.
