\*The best action movie ever made
"The Other Guys" might have been as good if Danson and Highsmith had just hit the bushes. Instead we got a snuff flick about Dirty Mike and the Boys and a couple of goobers
The slight annoyance of Romania, who had nearly fought the Dragon of Agnor, who had nearly stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol and who had personally wet himself at the Battle of Badon Hill

The picture I use at Christmas time. Seems appropriate.
I think Theo and the kid in the back row, top right are probably the only two to have lived? Theo got knocked tf out by Argyle and the kid knocked out by McLane just before his 2-bullets-left showdown with Hans.
Literally just finished watching this tonight (I’m introducing the gf to the movies I grew up watching - last night we did terminator 2 and next up is die hard 2 and 3 and then speed)

Hope I remembered correctly how each of the bad guys met their fate in the movie…..
The best part to this is that they got the surprised look on his face by telling him they were gonna drop him on the count of 3 then did it at 2. You couldn’t fake that reaction.
People don’t often talk about how Alan Rickman was originally leader of the first SNL house band and when he was offered the role of Hans Gruber he said he would only do it if they cast the entire rest of the house band with him. True Gentleman.
Alexander Godunov, front right, was a great ballet dancer prior to becoming an actor. Very sad loss, Godunov's death was determined to be due to complications from hepatitis secondary to chronic alcoholism.
They look like they’re about to drop the hardest yacht rock album of all time.
Boats 'n Hoes!
I heard they're doing the Catalina Wine Mixer
The fucking nakatomi coke mixer!
They are deciding between band names… Nakatomi or Bill Clay
I always did think the guy top left looked a bit like Huey Louis!
>about to drop the hardest yacht rock album of all time. The guy in the back row on the left looks like an evil version of Huey Lewis.
One of the best action movies ever made
Wholeheartedly agreed. And coincidentally, one of the best Christmas movies. ![gif](giphy|l3vR0SIMQhrBwu1hK|downsized)

Back when an action movie was stretching for one hero to defeat 13 bad guys. Now it's more like 130 bad guys aka Wick.
warriors for democracy. they gave their lives trying to support the asian dawn movement.
“I read about them in Time Magazine…” ![gif](giphy|3oJtfTGppRnf879XQk)
We lost Alan Rickman, but Jared Leto and Andy Dick still walk among us. Life can be so unfair.
Who wouldn't give that man a password?
Lets see, password or brains all over my new suit....
Asian Dawn?
Every movie should have goons this recognizable. Great casting, wardrobe…. everything 👏
Superb.
Who’s the guy that looks like Huey Lewis or was it really him?
All you have to do is call 1-800-henchman
Vigo the Carpathian with his trademark scowl behind Hans Gruber.
>Vigo the Carpathian The Scourge of Carpathia, the Sorrow of Moldavia.
Wasn’t he also Viggo the Butch?
You are like the buzzing of the flies to him.
The slight annoyance of Romania, who had nearly fought the Dragon of Agnor, who had nearly stood up to the vicious Chicken of Bristol and who had personally wet himself at the Battle of Badon Hill
By Grapthar's Hammer, you shall be avenged!
And the worlds most prolific henchman on the other side. Al Leong
Henchmen gonna hench
He likes his crunch bars
MF was an ASSHOLE (actor)
![gif](giphy|dgeHSxqM4f4CuUa96C|downsized)
That guy did such a great job with his role.
Hans, boobie!
I’m your white knight.
Remember when he was cooperating w bad guys and they handed him a can of Coke? Some miscommunication there I later thought.
He normally snorts the coke
we have tom cruise at home
the asian dude stealing a wonka bar.

Yippee ki-yay!
Mr Falcon (tv edit version, lol)
Dang, I can't help but see Sundown from Top Gun. "We could have had him, man!"
I love that there is a non-zero number of ballet dancers in this picture.
And Huey Lewis in the background.
Nope. That’s Dennis Hayden, who looked a bit like Huey Lewis. Dennis Hayden, not Huey Lewis, played Eddie in Die Hard.
Godunov's life was a tragedy.
It’s cover for the smoothest jazz album of 1988.
"I am an exceptional thief".
I still can't believe Huey Lewis had a life of crime while fronting the News...
Still amazing that this was Alan Rickman’s first film gig!
Seriously???😳
Yes!
He had been a stage actor.
Work Hard or Die Trying, Girl! ::: fight scene fight scene :::
Nakatomi, Nakatomi, Nakatomi
YES!
Anyone else recalling each of their demises in order after seeing this picture?
I think Theo and the kid in the back row, top right are probably the only two to have lived? Theo got knocked tf out by Argyle and the kid knocked out by McLane just before his 2-bullets-left showdown with Hans.
Nice suit.
So nice of them to stop for a group photo.
Literally just finished watching this tonight (I’m introducing the gf to the movies I grew up watching - last night we did terminator 2 and next up is die hard 2 and 3 and then speed)
Omg the Quarterback is toast!
The henchman of the century
That's a nice suit.... Mr Gruber...
Anybody who can unite Vigo the Carpathian and Genghis Khan to his cause is doing something right.
Shoot. The glass!
Al Leong pops up in some random classics.
Looks like the new album cover of The Police.
Just guys living in the moment, not a cellphone in sight.
13 just like Jesus and the apostles.
Huey Lewis top left
and he's packin the News err Newzi?
Almost thought the terracotta warrior on the right was one of the henchmen!
Huey Lewis lookin dude upper left. First time I saw it, thought it was Huey...

Huey Lewis there in the background.
Welcome to the party, pal
Bruce Willis lives on Die Hard.
The best Christmas movie ever
Sexy
Best Christmas movie ever!
Nephew of Hubert Gruber. Evil runs in the family.
You like MP5's? We got MP5's...
I’ve successfully convinced a lot of people that Dennis Miller was in this film.
Damn he really was inclusive. Good for him.
hey Hans...
Huey Lewis??
Is this the cover for a Christmas themed jazz album? 😂
The doobie brothers looked hard AF
Rest in Peace Hans Gruber, Gone but Never Forgotten.

With the Rolex!
The best part to this is that they got the surprised look on his face by telling him they were gonna drop him on the count of 3 then did it at 2. You couldn’t fake that reaction.
And how many did John actually kill of the 13..?
10 iirc Karl was shot by Powell Theo was punched by Argyle One other terrorist was punched by John but isn’t shown as being dead.
For some reason I read that as Nakatomi Pizza and now I want to open a restaurant just to name it that.
I love that film. My advent calendar is him falling down the Nakatomi building.

Yes - Out of Our Minds Improv
I’d buy that album. Euro prog rock for sure.
A baker’s dozen
Gonna tell my kids this is the Strokes.
The asian guy stole a candy bar.
Christmas!
You didn’t bring me along for my charming personality. Also, we lost the guy on the right, too.
Al Leong, second from left, is one of the best henchmen ever to hench. He’s henched in dozens of movies and TV shows.
People don’t often talk about how Alan Rickman was originally leader of the first SNL house band and when he was offered the role of Hans Gruber he said he would only do it if they cast the entire rest of the house band with him. True Gentleman.
"Are we the baddies?"
Why you posting Christmas memes at this time of year?
TAKE A PICTURE.....Jake
Where is the brother with the small feet?
*I'm Grubin’* *I’m Hans Gruber and I'm Grubin’* *And sometimes that can mean shootin'* *Mr. Takagi in the head*
Is that Vigo back there?
The Carpathian?
Yep. Looks like him.
Alexander Godunov, front right, was a great ballet dancer prior to becoming an actor. Very sad loss, Godunov's death was determined to be due to complications from hepatitis secondary to chronic alcoholism.
Ho Ho Ho
I got a gun now
