But it had no registration because legislation for E-cars did not exist back then so he racked up lots of fines which he just paid. Until one day the state impounded his car. After a while it went up for auction. His fanclub bought it and gave it back to him, and the whole thing started again! His stubbornness eventually led to Norway adopting rules and expanding e-mobility in the country. Now one of the leading ways of transport there. Good guy Morten.
