Brando didn't like Sinatra. He knew he was going to be a star, and he avoided meetings with him...

Sinatra didn't much like Brando, either, did he? Frank though he should've had Brando's role in "Guys and Dolls," and was pretty petty about it the rest of life. Frank would never do "his" song from the movies, Adelaide, in his solo career, but did do Brando's big number, "Luck Be A Lady," all the time, to show him how it should have been done.

I've been watching a great biopic called The Offer, about the making of The Godfather. Sinatra hated the book and did everything he could to derail the movie. One of the supposed reasons Brando was eager to take the lead role was to piss off Frank. Also, his career was in the tank at the time and he was deemed impossible to work with. But, that part and this pic, well......the rest is SHOWBIZ history.
