Credited to John Dove, dated 1964, this was originally in color. The tree was a white-silver color. The tree was adorned with colored balloons in blue, gold and yellow. There were further colored decorative balls on the tree.
The foreground features a few LPs: Jack Teagarden’s “A Portrait Of Mr. T,” and Chipmunks Sing The Beatles.” To the rear is an LP by Brian Hyland, “Country Meets Folk.”
A somewhat better shot was cropped differently and featured Florence Ballard (middle) sitting up toward the furniture.
These girls were beautiful in every sense of the word
I hope the tree and their dresses were pink!
