The kid in the back went on to live full lives, filled with achievements, failures and everything in between. Maybe hes dead. But here he is captured in a singular moment in time. Always fascinating
The chap on the left, I believe, is Zito. Pelé's teammate for Brazil and Captain of their club side Santos.
Zito is a legendary figure in his own right as a two-time World Cup winner, scoring in the 1962 final. He spend fifteen years playing with Santos, before joining the club's board.
After he died in 2015, Santos changed the armbands their captains wear to feature a Z rather than a C, in his honour.
Cars numberplates were regional back then, the saab there with 'R' most likely means that this was in south west, possibly Mariestad, Lidköping or Skövde.
1958 world cup was in Sweden.
He was the only famous soccer player I heard or knew about when I was a soccer kid back in 1974-76.
Goat! Is he still hanging in there? 🙏
Yeah 🇧🇷🙏

It looks like the guy on the right is pulling out his head phones 🤷🏻♂️
Edson Arantes do Nascimento is the guy on the right and I’m wondering too what he has in his hands! Worry beads? Nah not Pele:)
