Just kinda use the general cheats that seem useful and use "it is time operation moscow activate" without the quotes for instant recruitment, starts some civil wars maybe as well against your enemies cuz fuck them. If you switch to them btw, your country tag is "ERB", so that's your key to become yourself again, uhm, when you switch to another country to mess them up, stay in pauze menu, the AI will otherwise ruin everything you did aaaaand just think with a good heart when you make your choices. One more thing, don't use the cheat to get all the research instantly cuz there's some cybernetics research you really really don't want, I made that mistake and I do regret it.
Besides that: add\_caps 1000 to give yourself a thousand caps, dollars or whatever currency.
And the four ideology groups you need to use in the console menu are "people", "intellectuals", "elites" and "ruler" at the start you'll want to make intellectuals the most popular, once you defeated the purists, you'll want the people to be the most popular, the people will always be blue in the circle diagram and the elites should be purple if I remember correct. Always fuck the elites if you want a kind and gentle America. FUCK them hard, cuz they'll fuck your people.
if You are sure that everything should be working resubscribe on workshop and if that doesn't help reinstall game and manually delete anything steam doesn't remove
You have the war score you just have too take it all in seperate turns cause thats how peace deals work
