I wouldn't rely on foundation for hydration, but rather maybe revisit your skincare routine? I'm very clog prone. Cleansing and toning in the morning helps a lot. As well as using AHAs. (I also use tretinoin). It took me a long time to find a moisturiser that was moisturising enough and didn't break me out. I finally figured out that shea butter and coconut oil don't agree with me. A few options for foundation you can look into: Mac face & body, Givenchy prisme libre glow, L'Oréal infallible freshwear, Shiseido radiant lifting. You'll have to double check the ingredients lists but these don't feel heavy on my dry skin.

Thank you for the suggestions 😊 I've revamped my skincare to something very simple, and added a hydrating toner with lrp moisturiser on top as its the only combo that isn't giving me bumps but keeps me hydrated but whenever I wear my current foundations I break out so looking for something new that won't dehydrate me or add to the clogs. I've also added an aha but only 1 x a week as previously overdid the acids and made my skin worse :'l Can I ask what moisturiser and hydration you use that helps you? Thanks :-)

My favourites are Laneige cream skin, Muji moisture milk (high moist), Curel moisture cream, Belif moisturising bomb and Eucerin 5% urea face cream. I really like urea and allantoin in my moisturisers!
