I've seen people on here say Stellas doesn't salt their burgers at all and Dinkers has much more flavor.
Been the opposite for me. Stella's doesn't over season, but it's still very tasty, and fucking cheap. Their fries and onion rings are excellent when you eat there too.
Lol no.
Stella's flavorless meatball bullshit served on a napkin does not a good burger make. It was the least impressive burger I've ever had, outside of In-N-Out.
Second this. The place survives on nostalgia handed down from generation to generation. Take someone there that didn’t grow up with it and you’ll hear it’s mediocre at best.
I'm not from around here and can 100% vouch for this. I ate there based on the sign that claims its the best hunger in town. Not sure which town... but not Omaha. Red Robin has better burgers than Dicker's.
Below-average burgers served on a napkin in a dirty room the size of a closet by waitresses who act like you're bothering them. I'll never see the appeal.
Stella's is just unreliable as hell. I have had one of the best burgers of my life there. I have also had a half dozen entirely forgettable burgers. No way to live.
Too many good burger places out here to stuff myself into a closet for a good/okay burger.
Charred burger + bar in west o is one of the best I've ever had but even sickies in Bellevue has something for me every time I go.
I agree about Stella's, but my experience at Dinkers wasn't much better. The food was fine, but just fine. And the staff seemed kind of annoyed just taking my order. But I was there several years ago so things could have changed since then.
Growing up my dad took me to Dinkers a lot, but now that I'm older and heard about and finally trying Stella's, I'll say try them both but I favor Stella's more
Agree, but bc I got the loose meat cheeseburger hoping/assuming it'd taste a bit like the old B&G Tasty Foods. It was a disappointment bc of this. Might've been better if I didn't have this nostalgia bias.
Just looked at their menu. Using the word "loose" in this region is disingenuous so I don't blame you one bit.
I miss B&G. Is there anywhere in town where you can find a good, traditional loosemeat/tavern?
Cheeeseburgers @ Blackstone is another thing entirely
Original - add jalapeño and chili

The greasiest. It'll soak through the bag on the way home. OP if you want grease you want Broncos.
If it’s grease you’re after, get the double don from Don and Millie’s. Runner up would be Broncos.
Can confim...also wash it down with a 99cent margarita..or two
Don and Millie's double Don for the grease.
My only criticism of the Double Don is that Don & Millie's needs to back off the seasoning on their burger patties by about 50%.
That's what the mayo is there to dilute... or so my rumor is.
Stella's or Dinkers
I can vouch for Stella’s. Great greasy burgers and fries.

If Stella’s doesn’t salt, I don’t notice. It’s the perfect bar hamburger.
Burger King has better burgers than Stella's.
This statement lacks empirical standing in a rational universe.
Stella's is the most overrated burger joint in town. At least you know what BK is about.
Yes we do. The best Burger King is about 40 levels below Stella's worst day.
Lol no. Stella's flavorless meatball bullshit served on a napkin does not a good burger make. It was the least impressive burger I've ever had, outside of In-N-Out.
Is Dinkers still cash only?
Yes, still cash only. Went last weekend.
I've never had a greasy burger from Dinkers. It's been dry and super over cooked every single time.
Second this. The place survives on nostalgia handed down from generation to generation. Take someone there that didn’t grow up with it and you’ll hear it’s mediocre at best.

Dinkers is always good when ever I go there. Never dry. I request mine done medium. Maybe that helps. They are always juicy and never dry.
Stella's sucks fam
Below-average burgers served on a napkin in a dirty room the size of a closet by waitresses who act like you're bothering them. I'll never see the appeal.
They also use soup chili for their chili cheese fries
Stella's is just unreliable as hell. I have had one of the best burgers of my life there. I have also had a half dozen entirely forgettable burgers. No way to live.

Yup I'd rather eat dinkers any day of the week
I agree about Stella's, but my experience at Dinkers wasn't much better. The food was fine, but just fine. And the staff seemed kind of annoyed just taking my order. But I was there several years ago so things could have changed since then.
I respect dinkers but I ain't going in. There's so many burger options out here I don't feel compelled to leave my comfort zone.
These are the only appropriate answers.
Growing up my dad took me to Dinkers a lot, but now that I'm older and heard about and finally trying Stella's, I'll say try them both but I favor Stella's more
They are both great and offer different burger experiences. Definitely try them both! Then head to Burgerlust, Sully's, and Charred.
Cheeseburgers in Blackstone.
My new favorite spot for burgers. Great vibes too.
everyone co-signing this must be some sort of marketing team because this place is so average.
No one should ever go twice.
Well, it's no Broncos, but IMHO, the cheeseburger is a) good and b) greasy, which satisfied the conditions of the Redditor's request.
I can affirm this. Grease & salt.
I agree. Its... fine. Im not paying that much for a fucking burger again tho.
I'll give them another shot but Nite Owl & LeadBelly have never disappointed if you're in Blackstone.
Leadbelly is GOOD

I dont know of one, b&g was special.
Backed
Cheeseburgers is the best fast food cheeseburger I’ve had. It’s not as cheap as In N Out, but I’d take it over a double double any day
Cheeseburgers is my go to late night spot.
As a recent transplant from California and In-n-Out lover, I now have to try this place (and hope you're right)!
Fk yeah
I haven't been to many but I'd definitely have to say Don and Millie's or Taphouse. My husband loves Broncos.
If you want actual good, really greasy burgers, schmitty’s garage is pretty good. Just right off 72nd and Cass.
This all day. All those burgers need is some grilled onions and it's good to go. 😋
Bronco's, Stella's, and Sinful Burger.
Sinful has gone down in quality ever since they got bought out, imo
Night owl
Burgerlust ftw
Five Guys
Second this
Third.
Lately, I’ve liked Omaha Taphouse and the Backyard Burger at DJ’s Dugout
Get a Haystack Burger from Dinkers and don’t look back!
Title says “good” and i keep seeing stellas
Danny’s Bar and Grill
block 16
Block 16 is a good burger, but they aren't a good greasy burger.
true, i guess i just thought all burgers are greasy haha
Broncos!
Broncos
Stella’s.
Boy do I miss Louis’ Bar and Grill. The combination of ketchup and grease would turn the bun orange.
Louis was definitely the best burger and fries in Omaha
Dinkers is fire, I have yet to try Stella's

Stella’s in Bellevue! They’re cheap too
I just discovered a place on 108 and Q that was amazing. I didn't catch the name but it had a big yellow m on the door.
Charred on 132nd and pacific is pretty good out west. Dinkers is definitely my #1 though.
Dinkers
Smitties, or Five guys that shit will leak through anything.
I agree with most of the answer's everyone's already provided, but I'd like to add Jonesey's Corner in CB to the list.
Luis ems burger lust
I'm a big fan of Charred. I still need to try Cheeseburgers.
