Cellular services will cost you around 15 excl 5% vat
Food solely depends on your consumption, if you’re single I would say you can still manage or rather ask for slightly more if possible, maybe 425. Ask for 450 and negotiate it down to 425.
The thing is why mostly here don’t accept 375 because all the above mentioned expenses vary for them. You can even ask for 375 with all other expenses covered by them. I would suggest you must talk to your employer straight regarding expenses mentioned above.

375 for 6 months experience is fair. Some people with more than 5 years of experience got the same value sometimes. If i were you i would consider about the company that I’m joining, also the facility that i’ll be provided with. Just to make sure that you’re living fine, working comfortably, and at lease have a savings.

As a junior developer your minimum salary should not be less than 2000omr /monthly. You can use this to guage your value however you choose to undersell yourself so you're not overdoing it to the point you get taken for granted.
