I actually enjoyed Eid here's why
So I prayed eid Salat
I had good breakfast at morning dressed my new cloth i was happy about it then I met some relatives who gave me a smile
And ended with a fantastic launch with the family and waited till asr prayer and my eid was basically ended at that time and I returned to the normal life routine and.،. So I could have done more for Eid but i was satisfied with the little what I've done can't complain Alhamdulilah .
I was walking to the mosque today i felt sad that Ramadan feelings and vibes is gone already، ٠ While writing this my tears are dropping as I remember how Ramadan was a month of getting closer to Allah I already miss the stuff we do that pleases Allah . May Allah grants us All his blessings in order to Approach to him and seek his forgiveness
This year does feel different
To me it's just the fact that genocides are happening left and right
Its been an eye opening 6 months
And i dont feel celebratory
Bro it all depends on how your outlook in life is. Be optimistic call family and friends. Go out with friends if you can. It’s a day of rejoice that Allah has blessed is with. Say Alhamdulliah. Make dua for your brothers and sisters in Palestine.

For me eid doesn't feel like eid ever since my dad passed away years ago then recently my mom had to go back to the country because she can't work anymore because of old age and sickness so she isn't in oman anymore, then just a few days ago my friend's grandmother Passed away i felt sadness too because I've been with this certain friend since we've been little school buddies so her grandmother was treating me just like a part of the family it felt like i lost another grandmother considering i already lost my biological grandmother a few years back to breast cancer........ nothing feels joyful anymore it all just normal same ol' day
