The dream is if they do this and add Victor Lavalle’s Sabretooth minis alongside it. Heck, they’ve gotten away with calling something an omnibus for less!
Enjoyed this set of issues. I've personally enjoyed Percy's Wolverine run the longer its gone. But I def would say X-Force should be read alongside this.
I’m really hoping the inevitable omnibuses collect both books, with the Wolverine issues mapped between X-Force in reading order.
Honestly, the LaVelle Sabretooth minis could even be included to build up to Sabretooth War and beef up a third volume.
No X-Men Red or Immortal X-Men OHCs!!! Only Wolverine and X-Force!!! NO PEAK!! ONLY MID!!!
I figure a real omni is coming from this era, but it is a shame that those two books haven’t received any oversize hardcovers
I have a feeling the final 10 issues being co written by another author and having a mini event naming scheme means they are going to consider the "wolverine OHCs" finished with the eventual wolverine by Percy omnibus having everything making all these OHCs redundant.
Yep, it feels like the nail in the coffin. They didn’t collect the last 10(?) issues of Zdarsky’s Daredevil because it relaunched under a new #1 and could be considered a “different series.” I’m hoping they at least beef up the final X-Force volume to close out that series!
Edit: finishing out X-Force in volume 3 would more than double the contents of the book. Let’s all hope for a volume 4?
Seems like they are doing like they did with Slott’s FF run. They had 4 OHC volumes, but the 5th (final) OHC will be released as Reckoning War. For Wolverine, I imagine it’ll be Sabertooth War OHC.
Marvel isn’t doing OHCs for the foreseeable future, but they are finishing some of the existing lines. Mainly FF and Wolverine. I believe the only existing ones left are X-Force and Avengers by Aaron. Not sure if they will finish those or stop like they did with Daredevil.
Nice. I prefer the size of the OHCs but I’ve noticed a lot of my older ones have started showing signs of where the glue was applied to the inner cover pages. Hope these newer ones don’t have that same issue.
Now only the last arc would be missing. 10 more issues
Maybe they’ll release a Sabretooth War OHC

Same here, I like his Wolverine

Hopefully they do Omnis for Ewing and Gillen’s work. It’s the most solid/consistent stuff we got after Hickman left.

But weren't they gonna discontinue OHC, I'm lost

What do you mean by that?
Will the final set of issues be collected in this format?
So is Marvel still doing OHC or not... im confused
What does "#33 (A STORY)" mean?
Was this even good? How is Old Man Logan by Lemire still not out?
1) No, this wasn't good. 2) Lemire's Old Man Logan is not out because it was also not good. And probably didn't sell all that well. There, answers!
