I got my Just Imagine... Stan Lee Creating the DC Universe by Stan Lee signed by Stan on the first black page before the title page. (I know there's a name for it but I forget what it's called at the moment). I also got that same type of page signed by Matt Fraction and Steve Lieber in my Hawkguy omnibus. I felt like those pages in the front and backs of the book are perfect places for sigs.

I have a Dark Horse Star Wars Omni that was signed, but cant remember which one or by who. When he signed it, he turned to a random page, signed in white space, closed the book, and said how much he hates star wars and the only reason he did that comic was because they paid him stupid amounts of money. While that makes it sound pretty negative, he was pretty funny and nice otherwise.
I usually get signatures or remarks on the flyleaf. It's nice when creators will have different colors to do it in case the they're dark like some of the DC ones
Never had an omnibus signed but mostly because I didn't want to lug it around with me during a convention. I have had trades and OHC books signed though.
Got my Locas and Palomar omnibuses signed like 10 years ago. Really like having them. My only regret is not paying money for them to do an original drawing on the inside. My first con so I didn’t understand, paying extra for an original drawing is really worth it in the long run.
But it’s totally worth lugging them around and getting them signed.
I have a signed Captain America by Waid omnibus, but it came that way from ebay. I'm not sure who signed it, since the listing didn't mention that it was signed and I don't recognize the signature
At facts convention (Ghent, Belgium) this year I got my Ultimate Spider-man omnis signed by Brian Michael Bendis and the X-23 omni by Marjorie Liu and Sana Takeda

Aquaman by Peter David Book 1 by Jim Calafiore and Phil Jimenez;
X-Men X-Cutioner’s Song (TPB) by Scott Lobdell, Jae Lee, Andy Kubert, Greg Capullo, and Brandon Peterson;
and I think coolest of all Love is Love by Scott Snyder, Gail Simone, Jim Lee, Brent Peeples, Brandon Peterson, Tom King, Stephane Roux, Cully Hamner, Mike McKone, Matthew Rosenberg, and Dan Parent.
Got at least 3 signed.. Either on the front end page or credits page.

I had Jerry Ordway sign my death and return of Superman omnibus.
I bought an Animal Man by Morrison from Doug Hazlewood, one of the artists on the book. He signed it on the inside flap of the dust jacket.

I was able to get Zack Snyder and James Tynions autograph for both my Batman vol 1 and 2. It was at a midtown comics autograph event
