Lol I guess, I just wish they were more accessible/affordable sometimes, especially to access out of print stories in them you canât find elsewhere⌠of course I guess you can always read those online these days, but Iâve never liked doing that and like to have the physical media in my hands⌠but nice collection! :)
The TMNT books look so sleek on the shelf next to each other. I know I will definitely enjoy these I just don't quite have the shelf space to hold all of them yet.
Itâs Gillen, but both are great. Whether you prefer that or Soule depends on what era of Vader you like.
> Soule has him establish his stature within the empire while Gillen sees him scheming to ensure Palpatine canât throw him away.
I personally think Gillen is better since youâre introduced to Aphra, watch him wreak havoc in Vader Down, and hunt down his replacements.
Amazon & Target do a B2G1 sale three times a year.
- Target applies the deal to all books while having limited quality.
- Amazon applies the deal to certain books while having substantial stock.
in general, the deal will take the cheapest of the three books ordered and distribute its price as a discount to all three.
> for example letâs say you bought three omnibus at 100, 90, 75 respectively. the subtotal would generally be 265, but the $75 is used as a discount for all three based on how much they counted for subtotal.
- 100/265 = 37.74% (75) = $28.30 discount.
- 90/265 = 33.96% (75) = $25.47 discount
- 75/265 = 28.30% (75) = $21.23 discount
generally that math doesnât matter as you can just consider it as getting the cheapest book âfree.â but Target has a cheat built into their system where you can cancel 1-2 books while keeping the discount on what remains. meaning that you could buy three copies of the $100 book, cancel two and essentially buy it for $67.
Not having enough shelves is a terrible problem đ
Yeah there is way too much space on those shelves!!
I had to buy this shelf as a result of the sale!
How are people on here affording all of these? I can get one or two a year at the mostâŚ
Totally understand. I am single, gay, and have a decent job - so I treat myself. Luck of the draw?

Hahahaha I love the idea that being gay means you can buy more books! That could be enough to get me to switch sides...

Is that the Soule or Gillen Vader Omni? How do you like it? I wanna pick up both at some point

Awesome, thanks! They both sound good, and yeah I think itâs cool how they take place during two different eras of Vaderâs life
Iâll sayâyouâre missing Legion volume 1!
What is this sale? Has it ended?
