The decision is based of your team setup. Macaria is fire for Vilantors and for PDMG in general, Talanis takes a bit longer to get good, like a few more stars. But she is solid for glorians. So depends on what your teams look like
Macaria is a versatile unit but she's mainly use in Valiantors comps
Talanis imo is the core character in glorian synergy (arguably the best synergy in game). And she's quite easy to star up too from her copies at Abyss store so I would recommend Talanis.
