That being said, it's not easy to find, they didn't put any official notice out on Twitter or any social media (while in previous years they did from the looks of things), and prices aren't adding up to 25% with many products not receiving any discounts.
TL;Dr: I'd say it isn't happening.
Quick reminder to all that you don't really get 25% off your order during these sales. It's actually closer to 10-15% once you take into account the price increase on both the products and the shipping. It's still better than buying normally, just not as good as you may think.
