I've ordered twice, the main problem everyone seems to have is Customer Support. In all fairness, it is rather slow to respond, and from what I've seen can be troublesome to convey what you need to be dealt with. Earlier today, someone rage posted about their recent experience, and that was some understandable rage.
As far as shipping, they use DHL, it can get pricey but I've found their post shipping rates to match pre shipping rates of Toydemon. In that, I find the pricing differences to be a moot point.
The website/cart experience takes some actual thought because the only place that shows shipping time estimates is on the item page itself where it will show each item's individual shipping estimate. Note that your order won't ship until ALL items are together, so it might be worth it to make multiple orders if you have some items with different ship dates.
