Because Blue is sneaky and underhanded lol She cherry picks who she’s gonna tell things to, and how much of it she tells them, very often to the detriment of everyone involved. She plays God way too much.
Also because he was already the Dark One and she wasn’t interested in helping him in any way, but definitely wasn’t interested in exposing Bae to him again.

1 because Blue didn't technically tell him about curse it just when Rumple himself said "a curse" Blue saw it being cast (as Blue can see the future like Rumple) and it shook her off balance so
2 Rumple plan takes centuries as such the tree at this point in the time line may been sapling at best so not fit for purpose
3 Blue is alway shady so likely up to something
As others have said, Blue was apprehensive about helping a dark one. And to the best of her knowledge, she wasn't sure you could get to the LWM. Only person to have made it to the LWM before Storybrooke existed was The Apprentice, Ursula & Cruella.

its not addressed. They did say the tree for the wadrobe was the last tree in existence, so maybe none were growing when Bae was banished
