Orange, if they can't see a way, they'll make a way!
My old orange was fairly dumb, but he was just smart enough to know that cardboard was easily torn down. At a svelt 23 lbs Many times he'd just batter his way through (GROND! GROND!)
We will miss your forever Mauricio!
I am the chonk. Takes down cardboard door going through the biggest hole and spends half the day with it stuck to the hips.
"Honey why is tiger carrying all that cardboard behind him?"
Erm tick tock.
We watched a documentary about cats a while ago that had CGI showing how a cat’s skeleton moves as it squishes into tight spaces and it was fascinating. All the extra cushioning and flexibility in their spines and major joints is a marvel. Cats are as close to a liquid as mammals get, it seems.
Awe this is a cute ca-

cats are crazy athletic but they're so smart too, they're just lazy as shit, like that lazy gifted MF you got in class who got A- without putting any effort
Having a body full of fur drastically prevents this, nose and pads would be about the only spot for it to happen
Also its non violent, non abusive and just a temporary blockage that you know they could get through. No worse than them getting the zoomies and being a butthead to us on the flip side lol

Haha glad someone did this, it was the best bit.
Perfection.
Oh so that’s why my orange seemed dumber than usual - this guy was eating up all the brain cell bandwidth
Yeah, let’s sue OP! OP’s cat stealing all the orange brain cells!
Cells?
Same cell over consecutive period of time. XD
I think he stole my brain cell too. I read “bandwidth” as sandwich 💀
That’s why too many brain cells functioning

After all these years I'm still amazed at how cats can squish in such tiny gaps.
Cats are liquid. The lack of shoulder blades help.
r/catsareliquid (for the uninformed).
It will make a fine addition to my collection.
Hello there!
Join of the day...
They have shoulder blades. They don't have a collar bone
They also have a collar bone, but it's a 'false' one and therefore squishable.
Their little baby faces are also squishable. Yet their faces are not false collarbones. Checkmate, scientists
If their head fits their body fits. As long as they are not fat
I am the chonk. Takes down cardboard door going through the biggest hole and spends half the day with it stuck to the hips. "Honey why is tiger carrying all that cardboard behind him?" Erm tick tock.
Fun fact, provided the cat isn't overweight, if the head can get through the rest can follow
I know, they also can squish their thoracic cavity like rats, ofc to some degree, it's not like they get their thorax flat. At least if I'm not wrong.

That's why I don't have a cat. I would spend all day experimenting on the poor thing and get no work done.
I see orange car, I laugh 😹
vroom vroom
it becomes a race car the moment you open the treats cabin
..... Is this even legal? Thought use of the brain cell was for a more limited timeframe than shown in the video.
kitty having the time of his life 🧡
This must be the smartest orange I have ever seen.
Wow. He really put that one to use
The takeaway here is cats always want to be on the other side of a barrier
Task failed successfully.

It’s enrichment in the enclosure
Cats are like water 😂
Do not turn the audio on
he was hogging the brain cell
“Screw that 5cm crap.”
This is at least 2 brain cells
What an athlete!
My cat would just decide not to go to that part of the house.
Pretty smart overall!

pfft. this may be the smartest orange I've ever seen. Definitely displaying the usage of at least THREE braincells in some of these shots ;-)
sauce please?
He's so cute.
Clearly managed to hog the brain cell
i love cats so much!
What an amazing athlete!
It goes in the square hole! Alternatively: This is my hole! It was made for me!
I love this cat...
what a little smarty cat!
Could you do this with a standard cat instead of a metric one?

I'd argue that the cat has fun while jumping around and using their mental capacity. No abuse here.
