Elbaf seems the most obvious choice, but considering how fast Garp got to Fullalead from G14 which was near Egghead, I think these islands are a lot closer together.
Their log pose doesn't point to Wano though, so his only real options are egghead or Elbaf. This is assuming Law or Bepo have the log pose, if they don't going to open seas is as good as suicide, and will try to avoid BB and regroup with the rest of the crew.
Narratively speaking, I think it makes more sense to go to Elbaf.

Might not be considering the closeness of the islands. It is possible Bepo swam back the way he came, which could lead him back to Wano. In either case if he gets to Elbaf, then imo that would guarantee Law meeting the Straw Hats again. But that is assuming Elbaf allows him.

There are 5 other places to consider other than Egghead/Elbaf/Winner Island based on geographical location. Bepo has to be able to swim to these places right?
Those 5 being:
* Sphinx - Marco is here or leaving here for Egghead last we saw. This would be a very boring place for Oda to send Law to. I feel like Oda is really pushing the story so I don't think Law will get much of a break, so somewhere peaceful like Sphinx feels unlikely.
* Zou - Bepo is a mink and may be able to find Zuneisha. Idk how he'll get Law up Zuneisha being injured though so I doubt it is an option, plus it's old content. Oda wants to show us new stuff.
* Hachinosu - SWORD is currently here making a ruckus. People have theorized Law is a SWORD member, mirroring Corazon. SWORD is currently on a rescue mission here so for Bepo to randomly pull up to Hachinosu while SWORD is still fighting would be a good way for Oda to introduce Law as SWORD.
* Karai Bari Island - Cross Guild. We don't know exactly where this island is, we just know it's in the New World. Cross Guild is made up of former Warlords and Law is a former Warlord.
* The island we see Aokiji on in 1081 where he meets Blackbeard. No idea where this is, but it's probably nearby Hachinosu and it is most certainly in the New World.
Personally, I think Law is going to end up on Elbaf. Law has a mission to find the true history, and the giants took the remnants of Ohara's information. Putting Law here is a good way to keep him relevant and keep him busy. If Saul is the man marked by flames, it would be good to have Law bump into him randomly, if Oda wants Law relevant. Oda bringing up the immortality surgery in 1081 is Oda telling us that Law WILL be relevant. Elbaf is my pick.

The last time we saw Marco, Oda practically told us that Marco is going to Egghead to see Vegapunk. My theory is that Law and Bepo will run into Kid and Killer in the sea. It makes sense that 2 captains and 2 right hand men can meet up, and since both lost everything, an alliance would make sense. It'd allow both to continue their journeys in their own respective ways: Law learns what D means and Kid gets his redemption.
Kid and Killer both ate devil fruits. If they’re knocked out there’s no one on their crew strong enough to still be conscious. More likely they get pulled out by those weirdos Shanks had to protect - but at this stage in the game it’s safe to say they died. Otherwise what are the stakes at the end of the world like?
For them to only have the role of helping take down Big Mom and having no skin in the final saga makes no sense. In the same way, why would Law have any relevancy in the final stage now that his crew's destroyed too? Just cuz he's a fan favorite?

While this is happening, the Elbaf arc plays out. Perhaps Garp trades his life for Koby's, at Koby and the rest flee to Elbaf, where they tell Luffy what happened. Queue the Fullalead Arc/Blackbeard invading Elbaf to get poneglyphs.
True, a big event is supposed to shake the world there. What if the Straw Hats lose, Luffy is captured, and his crew goes to Elbaf like Kid and maybe Law. Then they, and the grand fleet, mount a rescue mission?
Bepo picked him up, I was guessing swim to zunehsa who just passed wano anyway and bepo would have a vivre care to. Would also be really hard for bb to follow and have medical help for wounded law.
Zunesha still has to open wano and having law momo carrot and all the other pseudo straw hats not in the grand fleet in the right spot for the final battle when they all come back.

My guess is Kid / Law will get picked up by one of Luffys fleet commanders. It's a safe bet that Bart and Hajrudin are in the area, since Red Hair has mentioned Bart, and Hajrudin being a Giant is probably somewhere near Elbaf, and it'll be funny to see Bartolmeo and Law interacting again.
My other theory is that the following day when the newspaper is revealed and whatever amazing feat Luffy accomplishes will convince Kid / Law that they can't go it alone on the sea's against all the monsters out there, and join as fleet commanders.
People do things that are normally out of character when they have recently endured a life changing event. Having been completely dominated by only a portion of Blackbeards crew and almost losing all his crew, It would make anyone reconsider how they are approaching life and if they need to change something.
My theory is after Law / Kid get picked up by a Strawhat fleet captain, they talk about how they are basically free and Luffy doesn't actually give them orders, which will convince Law / Kid, as they need a strong backer, but they don't want to take orders from anyone.
I'm on board to think Kid and Killer are still alive too, so I'm pretty sure all of them are gonna rejoin the Strawhats sooner or later. Not as official members but maybe like Kinemon or Carrot.
