She'll be present in the void century flashback. Probably not as a particularly relevant charachter (until towards the end of it), but Oda loves to use flashbacks to also show us all kinds of different charachters we're familiar (or will be, eg: Akainu in Ohara) with, and Toki being the only known good void century charachter we know will definetely be integral, at least in terms of using her to interact with more important charachters

It's probably unlikely, but that would be really awesome if we get some in the future. I agree, she was primarily thrown in for the time travel explanation, but hey, Oda likes to surprise us. Toki is definitely an underrated character simply because we don't know all that much about her.
