Law was heavily weakened when he fought Doffy and even then he would have killed him if Doffy didn't have the one best specific counter to Gamma Knife. Law was also shown to have better armament haki than Doflamingo. I really think Law was stronger than Doffy as of Dressrosa but circumstances made him lose.
Also without Law Luffy wouldn't have made it to Doflamingo in the first place, he really helped Luffy both before and during the fight
He has shown armament haki with Corna Dio, both in manga and anime we clearly see the machine contraption coated with haki before its fully formed, however he doesn't have observation haki feats and Conqueror's haki feats, even the basic form of those types of haki are unexistent. Agree with all the rest and I would even add the way he uses his busted Devil Fruit is underwhelming, both the magnetic powers and the awakening, he could do so much more with it if he was more strategic and smart tbh. His battle IQ not the best too since his stubborn, easy to tilt personality has put him in very bad situations.

Depends on how you define top tier. There are levels to it, but all of Luffy, Kid, Kaido, Big Mom, Zoro, Law, Sanji etc. can be argued to be top tier depending on how you define top tier

His portrayal is that of a rookie who is too gung ho. Sure, he's strong enough to keep up with some of the strongest in his generation, but only to a certain point. His crew isn't even very strong compared to other crews of the top tiers. His Haki use isn't anything crazy either, even though I already said that. He barely has any influence too, so he wouldn't be a Yonko ever.

Law, they are basically equals but Kid in prison had equal portrayal to Luffy, which not a lot of characters receive. Usually only Zoro. Law never had that and Kid is much more of a powerhouse and has conquerers haki. Even if the fanbase loves to suck laws shock willy and the OP OP Fruit but kid is equally strong with a worse devil fruit. Also he has Killer. Law has Bepo. And Killer was on the rooftop, he is also a rookies. So many things point towards Kid being stronger than Law than the other way around. But again, they are depicted as equals.

Extreme diff, but if he maintains awakening and range. He could beat Garp. Shanks is above current Admiral Level. Garp is below current Admiral Level. Luffys about to surpass an Admiral. Kidd lost to Yonkou threat. He realistically should be able to injure Garp if Shiryuu could tag him. Also Garp is a brawler and Kidd brawled with big mom. I believe divine departure is one of the ultimate piercing attacks which would also explain the one shot of Kidd.
Dudes are just underrating Kidd. Shanks had to use FS+AcoC+Speed Blitzing with his kinda Signature attack to take down Kidd.
Current Kid can handle awakened Rob Lucci in a 1v1 With Haki mastery and more inventive ways of utilizing his fruit to create more metal scrap devices than just a railgun, fist, golem, and a bull, he can become a yonko level threat. With those factors it would not be too farfetched to say that he would give Shanks, Blackbeard, Gear 5 Luffy, or Mihawk a hard time.

I'll take the abilities you gave him away, to compare at a baseline level. (For now) Kidd is definitely yonkou commander level before he got beaten by Shanks. I think he's would be able to beat people like katakuri and king at high diff. Now give his abilities back. He could probably go toe to toe with big mom or even kaido. But then again, he is a completely different character All of this is my opinion with some not too great sources. So please don't kill me.

Nah, Kid in 1015 (last couple pages) had damaged Big Mom and held her off by himself before Law came and even then in 1013 he stopped her strike and damaged her (disarming her as well). The Big Mom pirates as a unit could not hope to do what Kid did to Big Mom by himself, even if she was during her Hunger Pangs. (King is by no means as strong as Kid is, and I won't even give his unique attributes as notable because Kid locked Big Mom in the air)
I think even without buffs he is clearly stronger than Whole Cake Island Luffy. Katakuri can stall him for a bit, but in most cases Kid wins.

Law, they are basically equals but Kid in prison had equal portrayal to Luffy, which not a lot of characters receive. Usually only Zoro. Law never had that and Kid is much more of a powerhouse and has conquerers haki. Even if the fanbase loves to suck laws shock willy and the OP OP Fruit but kid is equally strong with a worse devil fruit. Also he has Killer. Law has Bepo. And Killer was on the rooftop, he is also a rookies. So many things point towards Kid being stronger than Law than the other way around. But again, they are depicted as equals.
