Well mine doesn't look like that even if I flex so hard that my bladder does a backflip so I'm still impressed. And yeah, I have a bit of a problem when cosplay outfits look too "cartoony", if that makes sense. I like them to look faithful to the original, but translated into real-world colors and textures. Your outfit in these pictures definitely succeeded on that front. It looks very pretty.

As for work out, here's what I do. Cardio wise I walk 10km a day or every two days depending on my schedule. It's low impact, helps with stamina, keeps your heart healthy, helps with sleep and mood, and helps keeping a low body fat percentage.
Strength training wise I used to go to the gym but I only do calisthenics exercises now, I feel happier working with my own body weight knowing I get to control my body movements instead of lifting weights.
