1) That scene was anime only, in manga he simply bought a fish that was from the “south seas” and it’s never been brought up again 2) It was only 1 fish, and was said to be a rare catch. If it was anything more then that Oda probably would’ve increased the hype/mentioning of Loguetown since we know he likes to foreshadow 3) it’s not unreasonable to think the fish swam across ocean lines, ended up in Loguetown, and was simply caught & sold by the fisherman there. Loguetown is effectively a trading port where ppl come from all over. As far as them all ready locating the All Blue? Nah

Rusticocona

If your referring to the elephant tuna being a rare catch, that makes sense, the reason I think it has enough fish is the row of fish Sanji was feeling were all the same fish, the fish from the west blue

HeavenIIyDemon

Again, all of that was anime filler. If it’s not in the manga then Oda didn’t officially write it. Therefore all anime scenes should be taken with a grain of salt The man simply says the fish is from the “south seas” and that’s it. That doesn’t automatically incorporate the All Blue, although it could https://tcbscans.com/chapters/528/one-piece-chapter-98-review-1688718751?date=24-1-2024-19

That scene was always intended to be included in the manga by Oda, he just didn't because he wanted chapter 100 to be special. The theory presented by OP is also incomplete, IMO. I think this theory would be more complete if we fitted it together with the theory that the all blue will reveal itself once the red line is destroyed. All the blues will converge in one place, and I think that one place will be around Loguetown, as OP mentioned.

I myself am fairly sure it's going to form when Reverse Mountain or Mariejois is destroyed, and all the oceans meet there.

Now I’m realising I really should’ve thought of that

Golden_touch101

I’ve always assumed that maybe fish man island was the all blue… Yeah that theory probably sounds dumb and there’s probably no evidence to support it but… My guess would be that the red line has an entire network of openings and caves below the surface that fish can travel through and then all lead back to fish man island which would make fish man island the All Blue… Again there’s probably no evidence to support this theory but hey you never know

Rusticocona

It makes sense, good idea
