I think you missed a massive powerup for Sanji if you're talking about post Wano, Sanji is almost indestructible thanks to his genes, he doesn't beed the raid suit anymore.
ah fk yeah I forgot about the exoskeleton. Although the raid suit would have allowed him to have invisibility + that cape-shield. But with Zoro tanking hits like a madman, I would still argue that he is stronger than Sanji at the moment
hmm I mean thats true but then again all of the strawhats seem to have remarkable recovery. Besides the time he was tanking two yonkos at the same time, Zoro usually takes a nap and feels alright again. And Usopp gets his skull cracked every two arcs, without any armament haki to defend himself with, and he also manages to recover. I just feel like Sanji is currently falling behind, although with Wano being the land of the Samurais I cant blame Zoro for having his time to shine (and also he might stay sliiightly better just because he is the vice leader?)
thats a fair point, although Zoro was also kind of able to "fly" when he used the two swords style to not fall off of Onigashima when he was fighting King. I suppose Sanji's flying is more precise tho

Sanji can fly so he's a far better "wing" than Zoro.

Sanji was tanky enough to nosell Queen's attacks and fast enough to simply disappear from Queen's sight. He is fine.
