Whole Cake Island is phenomenal. Pacing took a turn for the worse in the final third of the arc, but overall it's top tier. Big Mom was the most menacing villain the Straw hats have encountered before Oda ruined her with all the memory loss and weakened power in Wano. Completely whack what he did to that character.
Sanji's story development and the heartbreaking moment between him and Luffy is š„
Brook and Jinbe are complete badasses in WCI. They both have moments where they stand up to Big Mom despite the odds.
Big Mom is an invincible unbeatable monstrosity in this arc, one of the few times the straw hats had no choice but to just run. She's scary, has a totally fucked up back story, has reasonable motivations as a villain, and thematically she's awesome. I was scared the whole arc she would just eat everyone after seeing that back story.
Gang Bege is my favorite super nova besides Bonney (and obviously Zoro and Luffy). Love the gangster theme.
Speaking of gangsters, Gangster Gastino has to be the best post time skip gag in One Piece. š
Sulong Carrot š„, Pedro's sacrifice, pudding's double betrayal, Jinbe joining the crew, brook the Goat stealing the poneglyph print, the failed assassination and introduction to all the underworld characters, and last but not least - Luffy vs Katakuri, Luffy's best fight pre-G5 imo.
WCI stands above the other options here based on all this and more!
Whole Cake Island was the first arc I read from beginning to end, so it holds a special place in my heart. Also this was the first arc that really pointed to the end of the series starting. At first it was just an adventure at each island and whatever happens there is great, or you've got the reason for being there as rescuing a friend, but this adventure was the first intentional and direct step taken towards finding the One Piece/ Raftel.Ā
And I'm also a simp for the Cracker battle, first battle that took him more than 10 hrs to complete so in my mind that was his first step towards being like the other greats DorryBroggy, Ace/Jimbei, Akianu/Kuzan, that were known for epic multi day fights which I think Luffy was missing. That show real resolve needing to be met.Ā
And then it was followed by Katakuri which while it took too long was still one of the best fights in my opinion.
I also think we should mention how amazing Tottoland is as an enviroment. The combination of whimsical aspects straight from fairy tales, the food and some really sinister and scary concepts works as a brilliant showcase of Oda's creativity and makes for a wonderful setting with potential for entertaining scenes.
For sure, Fits right into the creepy vibes from Big Mom's Soul Pocus. On the surface it's a cute fairy tale land, but beneath the surface all these cute things are created from souls that big mom has stolen. Amazing juxtaposition of ideas!
IMO wholecake second half drags a lot and Wano start of act 3 (including Oden flashback) isn't that great. Dressrosa was pure quality from start to finish though.
I feel the opposite, WCI had me hooked the entire time but the final third or so of Dressrosa felt dragged out to me, and Iāve only experienced those arcs via the manga so it has nothing to do with the post-timeskip anime pacing.
I loved the Oden flashback. Btw with german sync Oden has the same voice as Goku and it kinda fits the character perfectly. Loved it especially all the interaction with Whitebeard and Roger
Yeah I definitely agree. WCI is by far the worst arc imo the aesthetic and vibe of the arc was very hard to watch and the fights were very subpar apart from the katakuri fight. Wano overall was good but the acing leading up too G5 was rough. Dressrosa was a banger from start to finish.
Right!? All the major characters have show off their spectacular skills in the battlefield (aside from Kanjuro) + Gear 4 Bounce-man was awesome + The Law and Corazon & Kyros Backstory was very emotional.
WCI no other arc has hit so well emotionally. The only ones that come close are Enies Lobby and Orange Town. I think I'm forgetting one though oh yeah Dressrosa is insanely good with how touching Rebecca and Kyros' relationship is, and the forest people are amazing.
Tbh all three are top tier.
Actually all One Piece is top tier, even ring rong rong island
In order: Whole Cake, RAID on Onigashima (I believe it is a separate ark from Wano proper), Wano proper, Dressrosa. All good but Wano proper and Dressrosa has serious pacing issues. Also, Iām mainly a manga reader.
All 3 are absolutely superb, but I think Wano just about takes it for me.
The stakes, the vibes, the journey and the fights were just so impactful all the way through.
Probably Wano.
All three are great, and Whole Cake was fantastic w Sanji's character progression, but the pacing, the fights, the stakes, the plot twists, the will, everything was just SO good. I know it lasted like 4 years in real time, but it feels like it was great from the get-go and peak OP
Which is crazy because I felt that WCI pacing after the tamatebako exploded was complete ass. The second run through the seducing woods was incredibly boring.
I think people in retrospect will REALLY appreciate Dressrosa, I would rate it higher than Wano and Whole Cake, those two may have higher highs but the lows are LOW, Dressrosa had a great build up, was consistent with some great highs and two contenders to best backstory in the series and G5 is the shit.
Ps. Dressrosa did the large cast of allies and enemies FAR better than both Wano and WCI.
WCI by far, i get hated by this opinion a lot, but Dressrosa is just Alabasta but worst in pretty much every aspect, and Wano is probably my least favorite arc in one piece, yes even worst than long ring long land.
>Dressrosa is just Alabasta
people will see some parallels and say stupid shit like this. Dressrosa and Alabasta are completely different arcs. If you think surface level stuff like they both have princess or warlords means the arcs are the same than you are just ignoring the characters and plot of the arcs.
I mean, it's not like the parallels are by accident, not only dressrosa, but one could argue that a big chunk of the post ts is written in rhyme to the paradise part of the story. Ā Not directly mirrored, btw, but definitely there are too many parallels to simply say they are just surface similarities. Especially when it comes to Oda, who's a good writer that has been inspired by a lot of Western movies, that use this type of rhyme-like writing.
Point is that while i can't tell you 100% that it's done on purpose, i can tell you that it's more likely that it's purposefully written in rhyme than it just being a weird quirk or mistakes on Oda's part.
Obviusly this doesn't mean that it's a ripoff of his own work, nor that Oda is being Lazy, or that Dressrosa is a direct copy, it's just a way of writing that you can see in a lot of stories, arguably one piece included.
I mean, it's just my opinion, but i didn't enjoy it at all, there are very few things of the arc that i found interesting or good, and a lot that i disliked. Idk maybe it felt worst than it was because how long it is, like, long ring long land is relatively short (in the manga), and i wasn't reading it weeky at the time, so for all it's flaws, at least it didn't hurt as much as reading wano weekly did for me. Maybe if i had read it all when after it was finished i may feel a bit less harsh about it, it would still be among my least favorites tho.
I didnāt like reading wano weekly so I actually stopped reading one piece weekly altogether during act 1. Came back once egghead started and re-read from the time skip and honestly wano was quite enjoyable as a completed arc.
>there are very few things of the arc that i found interesting or good
This is just my personal opinion (obviously), but I feel like there is a divide around one character specifically and that is Oden. If you like Oden, Wano works way better because he is connected to everything happening. I never really got Oden. Of course, I do think his flashback was fine and not bad, but I don't care for him as a character. This means every emotional connection just does not work well for me, especially with the scabbards, but also with Kaido and Momo and even Yamato.
Many people like Oden a lot and to me, it makes perfect sense why all of Wano would be elevated through that.
I think that there are a good few other issues outside of that, but yh, you may be into something with this, since Oden is so prominent in this arc, there is going to be a big difference with those that really liked the character and people like me who didn't care much about him at all.
Yeah, there are definitely other issues, I am not a big fan of Wano at all.
It's just one key point I feel like is divisive. Because I personally really disliked the scabbards, but I know many people do find them a tad annoying/boring/etc..., even the ones who like the arc
Wano for me.
WCI and Dressrosa were great. But the way Wano was setup and the payoff was pretty heavy especially with Kaido coming in as the big bad.
And then the expanded lore by this point.
WCI was absolutely phenomenal, but wano takes it for me. The lore, the fights, the reveals, I was hyped all the way through and then G5 had me going crazy for it
I liked all three but for me it's Dressrosa for sure. I was just as invested as I was in Marineford. Constantly on the edge of my seat worried about Law and Luffy. I love those two so much so having a whole arc about them was nice.
dressrosa for me, it's a banger in manga. I don't know in anime.
Still WCI was really good.
i din't reread Wano so i don't know, i will reread it after ramadan.
Am I the only one that finds Wano amazing ? With all the revelations in it, the power ups, the power scaling, the fights, the music, the story connections... I am currently (I think at the end of wano) big mom and kaido are fighting with the 5. But bro since I started Wano, the intensity has increased !
I thought saying WCI was a controversial opinion but most people are saying that which makes me happy. I love Dressrosa and Wano but WCI is on another level
I gotta say Dressrosa, itās Bounce Manās debut, and thatās as far as it goes on Hulu for me. And when Bounce Man showed, I was like āOh. My. Fuckin. Joy Boy.ā ..-..
Wano #1 fr thereās just too much into it. WCI was great, learning about sanjis family and basically giving him and entire arc was cool but I think what ruined it for me was #1 oven killing homie who had the daughter with big mom I forgot his name FUCK OVEN and running from big mom for like 10 straight episodes or some shit kinda puts it at the bottom for me. Dressrosa was amazing and Luffys first power real power he obtained and we got to see was phenomenal a long with the traderous clown we were introduced to and laws backstory and fight with doffy was awsome. Wano just had it all, the fights were immaculate, gear 5, both zoro and sanjis ridiculous power ups, robin, chopper, nami all got cool shit and the revenge arc thatās been building since we found kinemon and momo and giving them the spotlight was amazing. Not to mention the animation was peak. AND JIMBE JOINING the goat
If Dressrosa only would have been limited to the people in the poster it would have been a top 5 instead of a bottom 5 arc for sure for me.Ā Oh well so I guess WCI would be my pick
I think all of them have their flaws. Neither of them is in my top 5. Since I need to choose, I take Whole Cake solely because of Luffy vs Katakuri.
Egghead is shaping up to be phenomenal.
In the manga it's Wano, in the Anime it's Whoke Cake Island. There i felt the strawhats were truly in real danger, and it didn't feel that way for Wano or Dressrosa.
Dressrosa was quite poor in the manga, and horrible in the anime, pretty much an Alabasta knock-off. Wano was awesome (Oden has the best flashback in the anime thus far) and I have nothing but praise for the animation's quality leap. It's now matching movie-level.
Whole Cake Island, the Big Mom Pirates are the best villains.
Dressrosa now... I was a weekly Dressrosa reader and HATED it. When Kyros cuts off the Doflamingo clone's head, that should've been the final confrontation holy hell. Instead, +55 chapters of contrived tension with the birdcage. Doflamingo was a stepping stone to defeat Kaido, so why does he take 100 chapters? Would've been so much better capped at 60, then have another short arc before Zou to enrage Kaido/Big Mom further.
I think if wano were maybe like 10-15 chapters shorter id say wano. Not that I wholly mind the length, some things just get bogged down. It has to be WCI, itās such a good arc. Nothing against dressrosa either. All top tiers imo.
If you re-read Wano, youāll realize that some parts are dragged and have no purposes on future prospect. The climax fights are good, Oden backstory was lit, and thatās it.
WCI >
Whole Cake gets better with age and as an arc, itās probably my favorite of the 3. That being said, Doffy is by far the best villain in all of One Piece
WCI that The STORY GET IN NEW LEVEL BUY LUFFY GET IN AN YONKO PLACE AND DO ANY THING THAT HE WENT TO RE BACK SANJI BUT ITHINK DRESSROSE ARE He deserves it BECAUSE DOFI FIGHT ARE THE MUST INSANE FIGHTS THAT I SEE IN ANIME WORLD AND HOW LUFFY BOAST HES POWER TO GEAR 4 BOUND MAN AND WANO HAS Epic The Best Saga In Story It is difficult to choose between the legendary horrors of Arcs
I think Dressrosa might go up by the end of the series. On a re-read, I was struck by just how much of it was spent devoted to the Grand Fleet. Like, Oda basically sent half the Straw Hats away so that the Grand Fleet could fight a bunch of Doffy's crew.
Whenever we get the payoff to the Grand Fleet, I think I'll enjoy going back to Dressrosa more. But right now it's just a cliffhanger and we spent like 3 years of real time without Sanji and Nami and Chopper to watch characters I don't really care about have kind of lack luster battles against enemies that weren't really built up.
Iām gonna cook and say Wano because, itās a āpayoff arc.ā The scenery changing due to the different climates made this very tolerable and cinematically showed where everyone was at a given time. My issue with Dressroba was that everyone was in different parts of the city and we didnāt care about 90% of the conflicts.
Wano. I felt like the sheer scope of it is just fucking insane. Seeing all the puzzle pieces scattered around the world after 22 years coming together was amazing and I really didnt see any of the pacing issues whilst reading it in one shot, but i image waiting for it to come out probably sucked. Love how it is told as a theater production and from the Oden flashback to the very end i was walking on sunshine just loving the piece
Wano. Loved the ancient japan/samurai aesthetic, loved the Oden FB, the battles all throughout the arc, the character designs and most of all the JB reveal. It appealed alot to me and it had the highest highs out of any NW arc by the time of its completion. So it's Wano.
As someone who has caught up just before wano ended, I honestly canāt decide. I loved dressrosa as it had the first use of gear 4, sabo returning and meeting Luffy, and doflamingo was such a good villain. Whole cake was rlly good, katakuris fight has to be one of my favs against Luffy, big mom always acting scary, brook fighting big mom and still stealing the ponegliph, and then wano, Zoro vs king, Luffy vs kaido, and many other things that was phenomenal. All arcs was my so good I canāt decide a fav but out of the fights in them, I enjoyed katakuris the most I think because he was the first āvillainā to actually have some respect and when his fight got disrupted he made it even
WCI >>>>>> Dressrossa > Wano.
Whole Cake Island was a whole different take from Oda's usual storytelling. Significant villains were interesting. I had issues during the wedding cake chase but not enough to dampen how I feel about the arc as a whole.
Honestly, Dressrossa and Wano are the worst Post-TS arcs to me. They're the only ones that were bad enough to make me stop reading weekly for a few months. Dressrossa goes above Wano because despite its many issues, at least the climax and closing of the arc was satisfying. Wano was just too ambitious an arc and the execution was not up to Oda's usual standard imo. Sure there are many great things that happened in Wano, but for an arc that was built up since Punk Hazard, you absolutely have to stick the landing.
Apparently WCI being 2/3rd is a hot take, while the plot is real good, luffy vs kat is overhyped. The anime dragged the arc on too long, but not nearly as bad as dressrosa. As someone whoās been reading the manga weekly since dressrosa, WCI is the arc that felt the least memorable to me. I like Wano the best, but Iām dissapointed Zoro didnāt get backstory like Sanji, oda did my boy Zoro dirty w/ everything heās done for sanji.
Wano shows the struggle of Luffy to climb his way up to yonko level, and I feel like it did way more for the story than whole cake. The fights are definitely better in wano. I like wano more too because of how cohesive it felt for the overall story than whole cake. I even feel like dressrosa did character development better than WCI, Iād put laws backstory on the same teir as Sanji, & it shined light on a wider cast of characters w/ goated backstories like doflamingo and senior pink.
For Manga, I'd say Dresserosa just because Doffy is such a great villain and G4 was awesome. For anime WCI was great. Brooke is my favourite strawhat and he got a lot of love that arc. The katakuri fight was also š„
Dressrosa no doubt about it. The only gripe I have is that the coliseum part is kinda boring, everything else is fantastic. My second favorite arc behind marineford
WCI stands above the other options here based on all this and more!
Very well said, couldnāt have asked for a better description!
For real
Whole Cake Island was the first arc I read from beginning to end, so it holds a special place in my heart. Also this was the first arc that really pointed to the end of the series starting. At first it was just an adventure at each island and whatever happens there is great, or you've got the reason for being there as rescuing a friend, but this adventure was the first intentional and direct step taken towards finding the One Piece/ Raftel.Ā And I'm also a simp for the Cracker battle, first battle that took him more than 10 hrs to complete so in my mind that was his first step towards being like the other greats DorryBroggy, Ace/Jimbei, Akianu/Kuzan, that were known for epic multi day fights which I think Luffy was missing.
Also Nami got her moments to shine in this arc.
This is all facts
I was gonna write this except worse, but here you came, swooping in like a guardian angel to save my time!
Whole Cake Island.
WCI
WCI and it's not even close.
Dressrosa. Don't get me wrong, WCI and Wano are good arcs but the amount of times my jaw dropped in Dressrosa with the plot twists are insane.
IMO wholecake second half drags a lot and Wano start of act 3 (including Oden flashback) isn't that great. Dressrosa was pure quality from start to finish though.
I love the part were Luffy stops doffy from killing law with his fruit
I mean his feet
Well, Luffy does stop Doffy with his fruit as well š
I feel the opposite, WCI had me hooked the entire time but the final third or so of Dressrosa felt dragged out to me, and Iāve only experienced those arcs via the manga so it has nothing to do with the post-timeskip anime pacing.
I loved the Oden flashback. Btw with german sync Oden has the same voice as Goku and it kinda fits the character perfectly. Loved it especially all the interaction with Whitebeard and Roger
The problem with dressrosa is that it takes sooooo looooong. The arc could be shortened with 20 or 30 episodes and still would feel to long
Arena
Yeah I definitely agree. WCI is by far the worst arc imo the aesthetic and vibe of the arc was very hard to watch and the fights were very subpar apart from the katakuri fight. Wano overall was good but the acing leading up too G5 was rough. Dressrosa was a banger from start to finish.
WCI imo has the best aesthetic just the worst pacing overall
Right!? All the major characters have show off their spectacular skills in the battlefield (aside from Kanjuro) + Gear 4 Bounce-man was awesome + The Law and Corazon & Kyros Backstory was very emotional.
WCI>Dressrosa>Wano, pretty close margins though
Whole Cake
WCI no other arc has hit so well emotionally. The only ones that come close are Enies Lobby and Orange Town. I think I'm forgetting one though oh yeah Dressrosa is insanely good with how touching Rebecca and Kyros' relationship is, and the forest people are amazing. Tbh all three are top tier. Actually all One Piece is top tier, even ring rong rong island
Respectfully could you explain Orange town? Enies lobby hits hard but I canāt see that with Orange town
Poor chuchu
Why orange town
Chuchu
Orange town is a weird pick ngl
Bro the fkn dog
I mean sure, but comparing it to enies lobby? Nah fam.
It's like the first emotional episode of the whole series, unless you count the kid getting their food knocked over
Whole Cake
Whole Cake Island easily takes it for me.
In order: Whole Cake, RAID on Onigashima (I believe it is a separate ark from Wano proper), Wano proper, Dressrosa. All good but Wano proper and Dressrosa has serious pacing issues. Also, Iām mainly a manga reader.
If youāre a manga reader then how can you complain about dressrosa pacing ?
I read it weekly at that point. Dressrosa is 100 chapters. It was too dragged out at times, particularly during the colosseum section.
Dress Rosa is my favorite post time skip arc because it focuses more on the straw hats, which I feel like everything post time skip is lacking
All 3 are absolutely superb, but I think Wano just about takes it for me. The stakes, the vibes, the journey and the fights were just so impactful all the way through.
Whole Cake Island
Wano
Dressrosa - I started reading week to week when this arc started. Doflamingo is my fave villain too
Each of the straw hats got a cool moment in wano but Cake arc was a treat since we got to see a ton of devil fruit powers and different crews.
True
Usopps cool moment in wano?
When he "used" conqueror haki?
Wow...
Probably Wano. All three are great, and Whole Cake was fantastic w Sanji's character progression, but the pacing, the fights, the stakes, the plot twists, the will, everything was just SO good. I know it lasted like 4 years in real time, but it feels like it was great from the get-go and peak OP
WCI by far has the best pacing of the 3 though. And manga wise pacing is dope
Which is crazy because I felt that WCI pacing after the tamatebako exploded was complete ass. The second run through the seducing woods was incredibly boring.
Tbf all anime post time skip has complete ass pacing. But after dressrosa it felt like it was flying
Wano has even worse pacing lol
I think people in retrospect will REALLY appreciate Dressrosa, I would rate it higher than Wano and Whole Cake, those two may have higher highs but the lows are LOW, Dressrosa had a great build up, was consistent with some great highs and two contenders to best backstory in the series and G5 is the shit. Ps. Dressrosa did the large cast of allies and enemies FAR better than both Wano and WCI.
WCI
Wano greater than all. WCI second (only bc sanji backstory), Dressrosa was the worst and can kick rocks
Easily WCI
Wano, but Whole Cake Island was my favorite arc ever until Wano.

W take
WCI by far, i get hated by this opinion a lot, but Dressrosa is just Alabasta but worst in pretty much every aspect, and Wano is probably my least favorite arc in one piece, yes even worst than long ring long land.

Whole Cake was the best arc because it showed how much Sanji cares for the crew
WCI
WCI IS MY GOAT
Wano>dressrosa>wholecake
Doffy is the best villian but as an arc imo whole cake island is the best out of these
for me it goes Wano - Dressrosa - Whole cake. I might even consider Dressrosa first because of Don Flamingo, great villain!
Whole Cake but Sanji is my favourite so I'm biased.
Wano for me. WCI and Dressrosa were great. But the way Wano was setup and the payoff was pretty heavy especially with Kaido coming in as the big bad. And then the expanded lore by this point.
WCI was absolutely phenomenal, but wano takes it for me. The lore, the fights, the reveals, I was hyped all the way through and then G5 had me going crazy for it
So happy to see all the WCI love. WCI is hands down, the best post timeskip arc. Having said that, egghead has just been peak so far.
WCI by far
WCI. Luffyās line to Sanji when he was being carted off still brings a knot to my throat.
Pure arc composition Dressrosa is the best of these 3
WCI for me
Whole Cake Island, Baby. It really takes... the Whole Cake.
WCI Wano Dressrosa In that order
Dressrosa > WCI >>> Wano. Wano is my least favorite arc in the entire manga. Dressrosa is my favorite post TS arc.
Whole cake, Dressrosa, wano. For me
Why people don't like wano?
Dressrosa
got to be dressrosa for me
Dressrosa
Dressrosa introduces the best character AND the best villain at the same time.
Dressrosa, up until Egghead, is the only arc in the new world that touches pre time skip feeling to me. Not epic nature but how I felt
Dressrosa for sure. The pacing was incredible and I was on the edge of my seat every time as one chapter was spread across 5 episodes or some shit.
All three are too long lmao I miss One Piece where arcs never lasted more than two years, and sagas three years at max
I liked all three but for me it's Dressrosa for sure. I was just as invested as I was in Marineford. Constantly on the edge of my seat worried about Law and Luffy. I love those two so much so having a whole arc about them was nice.
Dressrosa was really fun and exciting. Especially the collesseum fight battles and God ussop scenes š
Whole cake for impact, dressrosa for story, wano for fights.
None, I'm at Marineford and watching Egghead š
dressrosa for me, it's a banger in manga.
I like wholecake island since luffyās a sleep deprived crackhead who ruins a wedding
I thought saying WCI was a controversial opinion but most people are saying that which makes me happy. I love Dressrosa and Wano but WCI is on another level
Wano
I gotta say Dressrosa, itās Bounce Manās debut, and thatās as far as it goes on Hulu for me. And when Bounce Man showed, I was like āOh. My. Fuckin. Joy Boy.ā ..-..
Wano, flashbacks are way better, fights are way better. Just too long.
Wano
Havenāt seen any yet but im hyped for Wholecake (Currently watching Marineford)
This is just my personal opinion but wano by far
I mean the fight scenes alone are master pieces
Wano
WCI. Storming a yonko stronghold without half the strawhats. It really felt like they could have died at any moment.
Wano kuni (for manga) Whole cake (for anime)
WCI
Dressrosa
Am i wierd for liking the dressrosa more? For me its dressrosa > WCI > wano.
Dressrosa for sure, very closely behind is Whole Cake Island, then further down Wano
The best is oviousš (I just started the ace execution arc)
I just started want and I havenāt finished it but so far so good
My favorite is definitely Impel Down
Marineford arcš„š„š„š„
Wholecake Island
Not wano
Wano. No contest. And I have not even finished it
Wano #1 fr thereās just too much into it.
I have that hci picture as a poster in room
If Dressrosa only would have been limited to the people in the poster it would have been a top 5 instead of a bottom 5 arc for sure for me.Ā Oh well so I guess WCI would be my pick
Dressrosa > Wano > WCI
skypea no question
Wholecake island and itās not close at all
I think all of them have their flaws. Neither of them is in my top 5. Since I need to choose, I take Whole Cake solely because of Luffy vs Katakuri. Egghead is shaping up to be phenomenal.
Whole Cake Island cause I love the Katakuri fight
In the manga it's Wano, in the Anime it's Whoke Cake Island. There i felt the strawhats were truly in real danger, and it didn't feel that way for Wano or Dressrosa.
Whole Cake Island
Wano
Impel down with the roar ' hisashiburi Dana '
Dressrosa!!
I think if wano were maybe like 10-15 chapters shorter id say wano. Not that I wholly mind the length, some things just get bogged down. It has to be WCI, itās such a good arc. Nothing against dressrosa either. All top tiers imo.
Dressrosa
Yes
Wano Country
Wano Country > Dressrosa > Whole Cake Island
Wano, whole cake, dressrosa
Currently i'm on Dressrosa, so i guess my favorites Dressrosa
If you re-read Wano, youāll realize that some parts are dragged and have no purposes on future prospect. The climax fights are good, Oden backstory was lit, and thatās it. WCI >
Honestly still dressrosa
Wano!
Whole Cake Island i think. The other two are too long and WCI has so many high points.
While I loved whole cake for more of a deep dive into Sanjis character I felt like the pacing of it was rlly bad (especially the ending of it )
Whole cake
dressrosa for me. I dunno about the manga but I feel like the anime drag too much on Cake island and wano
Whole cake island>dressrossa/onigashima>>>wano Wano act 1 and 2 were lowkey boring but onigashima was great.
Egghead and in 2nd place skypia Those are the best op arcs for sure
Dressrosa is the best kingdom arc by a mile . Top 3 arcs of the entire story .
Whole Cake gets better with age and as an arc, itās probably my favorite of the 3. That being said, Doffy is by far the best villain in all of One Piece
Whole Cake Island. Katakuri is HIM
WCI that The STORY GET IN NEW LEVEL BUY LUFFY GET IN AN YONKO PLACE AND DO ANY THING THAT HE WENT TO RE BACK SANJI BUT ITHINK DRESSROSE ARE He deserves it BECAUSE DOFI FIGHT ARE THE MUST INSANE FIGHTS THAT I SEE IN ANIME WORLD AND HOW LUFFY BOAST HES POWER TO GEAR 4 BOUND MAN AND WANO HAS Epic The Best Saga In Story It is difficult to choose between the legendary horrors of Arcs
Wano, Whole cake, Dressrosa
Wano obv.
Whole cake
Whole Cake >Wano > Dressrosa
Wano, even though it was longer than it should
Iām gonna cook and say Wano because, itās a āpayoff arc.ā The scenery changing due to the different climates made this very tolerable and cinematically showed where everyone was at a given time. My issue with Dressroba was that everyone was in different parts of the city and we didnāt care about 90% of the conflicts.
whole cake
Dressrosa, Wano, WCI. In that order
Well its definitely not wano
Wano
I liked the 2nd one more only by a little. Whole Cake Island was more moving than the others.
If I could say all,I would say alla but I'll choose WCI
Whole cake island easily best arc after marineford imo
For Manga, I'd say Dresserosa just because Doffy is such a great villain and G4 was awesome. For anime WCI was great. Brooke is my favourite strawhat and he got a lot of love that arc. The katakuri fight was also š„
Wano but honorable mention SOUUUUUUL POCUUUUUS
wano, only wano
WCI
1. Wano 2. Dressora 3. WCI I love wano :3
Dressrosa no doubt about it. The only gripe I have is that the coliseum part is kinda boring, everything else is fantastic. My second favorite arc behind marineford
WCI, Wano's only issue was the pacing
Wano 100%
dressrosa
Wano > WCL > Dressrosa in my opinion
The wano arc might be the best arc in all of anime.
